Final Madden NFL 10 Roster & Ratings Update Details

WOW EA terrible update. i waited to start my chise for this roster. You still are missing so many people on teams. And there arent alot of guys in the free agent pool really. In the franchise they run out of guys at so many posistions. You better have one last update and get more guys in the FA pool and have depth charts correct. Add Guys like QB Mike Reilly, CB Tony Carter, SS Lendy Holmes, DE Michael Bennett. come on EA

yeah great way to end the season with the final update. Every team got robbed except for the Jets, Saints & Colts.

Do you guys not understand the concept that this was a postseason team roster update and that all non-playoff teams were basically finalized on the Wild Card update? Most people knew this a month ago. Where have you all been?

They have never done this before because it is stupid. Everyone here pretty much says put Warner back in along with the other retired players.

Can someone tell me how Bruce Gradkowski doesn't get a Increase and how is JaMarcus Russell still a 62 (Or whatever the hell he is)? I've already proved all the numbers on the Raiders thread, Bruski should be atleast a 72 OVR, even if he is a Journey man. Russell should be a 60 OVR, and that's being generous. Gradkowski showed brilliance and I think because the games are blacked out, Donnie doesn't watch the games, besides ESPN highlights and biases. I think Shaughnessy deserved this update a while ago, certainly not now. Mitchell needed to go up, and so did Tyvon Branch. Fargas should have been Decreased to a 77, and McFadden should have been increased in Catching and Carry and OVR atleast one point. This was a waste. I'm very disappointed by Madden this year, Troy Smith is a complete joke and he gets a 6 point INC, HAHAHAH! Donnie, you are a joke. What was he, your favorite player in College ball? Freaking ridiculous.

i wonder what he would do if he actually came on to these forums because in every single thread there are multiple different people saying either how horrible this update is or how horrible donny is. haha this is great.

I know he doesn't listen, but you can always get the Warner achievement, just get rid of the roster downloads to bring him back.

Is there anyway on Xbox to go back and DL the last update? I know I used to be able to do that with PS2. If I had a warning that Kurt Warner was going to be removed, I would have never grabbed it. I can't even fathom the thinking behind pulling a franchise QB on a game that represented the 09-10 season before the season even ends?

I find it very funny how Tony Romo can be a top 5 QB but not even be close to being rated as one.

I find it makes perfect sense, because QB efficiency plays a huge role, not just how many yards you put up, but how often you don't turn the ball over. Romo has the 3rd worst of all those on the list in QB Rating. Thats a big factor, any idiot with a good arm can go out there throw ints, fumble, and put up a lot of yards if your WR's constantly break tackles. And if you can occasionally nail a deep throw. Romo disappears when it matters, and is like A-ROD. Big lights on him, he shrinks, garbage time and regular season = great qb. Thats what hurts him..

and when you compare Romo's first 3.5 years of starting to Hall of Famers or Peyton Manning, Romo is either right there with them or beats them in yards and tds. And turnovers are VERY similar despite Romo throwing more.
