ovechkin on 06

they chose staal in his 70 point year not his 100 point year

i dont really care about who's on the cover aslong as the game is good...
if it was brashear i'd still be oky with it

dude you got it all wrong. if ovechkin was on the cover of 06 that would be based off the 04-05 season. Which clearly did not happen and he didnt start playing yet. During the 05-06 season, which is his rookie season Ovechkin racked up 52 goals and 54 assists for 106 while staal only had 45 goals and 55 assists for 100 points. They made the right choice.

they should put george parros on the cover. get a nice closeup on that mustache.
