EA SPORTS has released info for the different consoles

Most important functions:
Skill stick is really fun (PC Xbox360, PS3, PS2 )

Shoot, deke and pass from one end of the rink to the other. YOur opponents will feel your hard bodychecks, or just poke the puck away from them using the right analog stick.


BETTER AI ( PC, XBox 360, PS3, PS2 )

New goalie AI enables goalies to catch one-timers and stop pucks using their stick. Better "CPU logic" enables easier handling the puck and changing lines.


Choose your Game strategy ( XBox 360 a PS3 )

IN training mode train your players to play offensive, and different settings that you will use in different game situations. YOu want your defenseman to put one-timers from the blueline? Put a setting on him.....and do that for all the players...

New Skating engine ( XBox 360 a PS3 )
New speed control using the analog stick enables you to edit the speed of the players. Glide into the offensive zone or speed up next to your opponents defenceman. New skating animation enables you to make a sharp turn or to keep the tempo.

Realistic player communication(PS2)

Use in multiplayer-ask for a pass thumping your stick on the ice.

Choose one of 29 teams and play for the Calder cup. Also: national teams and european leagues (Swerige , Finland, Deutch ....)

As jok75p said, there is no video there. It talks about videos being at EA's Conference at E3.
