I really hope they are working on it this year, its been awfull..flat out awfull for years. I want there to be many different options in the game for the fighting, try and sucker someone into dropping the gloves and getting a penalty, pull on the jerseys ands skate around during a fight, taunting, size differances bettween 2 guys fighting, linesman comeing in and braking it up or trying to break it up..and how about scrums around the net or after a big hit that can lead to penaltys..and setting a tone within that game...most of all I want the fighting to be an actual part of the hockey game and not something that just randomly happens..I hope and pray they do this right this year it would be a shame of they screw it up again this year the game sounds like its going to be terrific.

I think it sells in Canada, too. Sure, people love the awesome goals and saves, but the fights are a nice side dish.

yes, but I wouldn't mind it being a nice surprise instead of them saying its a new feature. And us Canadians usually go crazy over a fight if its some rivals showing down (Mtl vs. Tor, Ott vs. Buff). I would love it if they made the fighting more open ended and less linear, but I don't think they want to risk the criticism and/or overuse of fights
