What game system do you think that N.H.L08 will be best on?
Based on 1: Graphics
2: overall gameplay
3: best selling

Best will be the 360- game will run 60 fps
then PS3- due to the fact that it will only be 30 fps
Then PC
and there is no 08 on Wii

360 no contest.. wont even be close

In my opinion they will be almost identical. 30fps not withstanding.

Ps. These threads are getting old. I am done throwing around opinions on other consoles. If you like your console play it and be happy. If not do research and buy a new one. They both have positives and negatives. If you ask a (reasonable) question I will answer it, that's my new attitude towards this situation.

Lol, I can't let a "fanboy" like Dupuis or HC turn me into what he is. It's all a trap and for a few days I fell into it lol. I feel I'm back to normal again lol. I just need to grow some thick skin when it comes to ignorance. Ignorance is the main thing here, not console wars. I just have to learn that people believe things wholeheartedly whether it be the truth or not. I for one need to refrain from trying to correct them, because it only becomes a dicey situation that continues to suk you in everyday you are on this forum. Overall it ruins the experience.

Nah dude I was jk..lol. I own all 3 next gen systems, there's just been so much contraversy over it. I'll probabally buy it for both systems but they have not released what the game is running at for the PS3

I am a bit offended Pens87, you refer to me as a "fanboy" I am no fan of anything. I was not trying to bait you, not looking for an argument, I made a general statement about the 360 and you felt you had to one up me with you being a proponent of the PS3. I called you a Yankee - this is not an insult to your country, I live in Georgia, the same country as you, and we southerners sometimes refer to y'all guys in the north as Yankees, so please sir don't call me a "fanboy" it sounds like you are callin me a sissyboy or something similar to that, good day to you sir

EA Needs to get its act together and start getting REAL developers/programmers for its multiplatform titles. Their games are looking pretty abd against those upcomers that are all running at 60fps on PS3 with advanced game engines.

Madden runs at 30 fps on the PS3...

And all of EA's sports titles are looking great, especially NHL and Madden. I don't see what there is to complain about, really.

Lol, I did not know.

As for the fanboy reference, it was clear you came to the table with no facts but a simple rant that irritated me. A typical ignorant "fanboy" rant. Like I said before I just need to ignore those things. Let people believe what they want to believe. Ask my advice, I will answer it to the best of my knowledge.

These rants are pointless to me now. I don't care about the pros/cons for 360 vs Ps3 concerning 08. As long as you enjoy 08 then that's all that really matters.

360 will outsell others because many people baught a 360 with nhl07 so whats the point in changing consoles

thats been my thought since 07 came out for 360 and nothing for Ps3. Many NHL players dumped their Ps2 for 360 and in turn many will stick with 360. It's unfortunate but a reality. I held out for pretty much a year before moving to NG but when it was announced that there would be no NHL for Ps3 I decided then to get a 360. the majority of my online friends did the same. I am sure it was alot more than just my friends lol. to expect people who went to 360 to spend the cash to switch back to Sony is unrealistic.

Sony is lucky they got Madden on their system at launch because that would have really wiped out their EA sporting cutomers for a few years to come.
