i no this is kinda off topic considering everyone is talking about 08 but is was just wondering, in the 360 version, how do you fake a wrist shot, thanks i was just wondering

Best way for me to describe it (so you have to figure out what I mean by trying it and watching the skill stick video about shooting to help)

use the skill stick, hold out the puck in the direction you want to fake it, make it look like you are going to take a wrister and instead of pushing up to shoot let go of the stick. this method works better as a fake shot pass by passing before doing the fake part. (only really good on Default controls, classic means to much thumb play).

Tough for me to describe so hope it's right because it all just comes naturally to me LOL

For a fake slap shot you also just pull right back (or forward depending on the way you're facing) and let it go. It works as a great distraction if you want to throw it across the middle for a good chance.

Fake slaps are very easy to pull off and great for a pass off the fake too.

Fake wristers on the otherhand are not the easiest thing to pull off because with a fake slap your opponent can see you pulling back for the shot but wristers you have to do a little more to "sell" the fake.
