hi ive had this problem all day, it says on my xbox 360 that my download has not changed when i want to put on my game face.. but i can see the picture at the bottom of the screen so i know it has worked.. what do i do? i still cant put my face on the virtual pro

i'm having trouble even installing the gameface setup. It aborts half way saying 'Extract: easports.cer, Failed to install EA SPORTS Game Face Client Certificate, Installation cancelled. EA SPORTS Game Face Client certificate is required.'
PLEASE help me with this issue

yeah i already saved it on the web, like 5 times in a row, then i went to the ps3 and selected the download gameface feature, and it just says theres no game face to download, what do u say bout that?

ok my game face has been made since november for my ps3 account and every time i go to download game face to my virtual pro it says no game face go to ea sportsfootballworld.com to create your game face this is driving me nuts how do i resolve this a.s.a.p thanx

I'm also having an issue with Game Face. I'll try to be as specific as I can:

Using Win7 Home Premium and the latest Firefox browser I get to the final step (after uploading a photo) following the above directions.

When I hit 'generate', I get a browser prompt to open/save a file named "EASPORTSGFC.xbap" (XAML Browser Application from: http://cdn.www.easportsworld.com).

Executing this file only opens a new tab on my browser which is completely blank, no load takes place.

I have seen someone doing it successfully using Mac OS Leopard, maybe it's Win7 compatibility-related?

Ok a little update: following the link above and enabling .net environment and the Microsoft Presentation plug-in for Firefox (be very careful to have the required security update installed for this) I was able to create the face. Just remember to disable it again after you're done (Tools/Add-ons).

Almost every step along the way I get a 'Server is too busy' message, but patience and keep trying eventually it will go through.

Just being able to save the face took me almost a dozen tries due to server being too busy. Also I'm not sure if it's supposed to work like this but for example the hair I added (I was first loaded completely bald) would not be shown in the Game Face Creator, only after saving it and going back to my account.

I created Game face and see it in my profile. But when i tries to download it into Fifa 10 appears a message, that i dont have anything to download! What can i do?

My game face is present in EA Sports Football World but when I select Download Game Face, I am told that there is not one present to download. What's going on there then?
P.s. I have 1 month gold trial account.

game face is absolutely shocking. too complicated to use and it just keeps sending me round in circles when i try to load it up. absolutely appalling hope they sort it out for 2011

I experience a little problem in FIFA 10 with my Game Face.
I managed to create the Game Face on the Football World web site. I see my "face" on the website. Next, I created my Pro in FIFA 10 (Xbox 360). The problem occurs when I try to download the Game Face in the game. I'm told that no change has been made in my Game Face. So I tried to change my haircut on the website, then download again in FIFA 10. The message is still the same. However, I got a small icon next to my gamertag (at the bottom right in FIFA 10) with a photo that looks like my game face. For information, I created both Game Face and Pro yesterday. Maybe there is a delay before download is available.

Could you help me ?

I tried the day after and it worked. So, there should be a delay before activating the Game Face.

i am in the final stage of generating my face picture and another screen appears which is black i wait over 10 min and it says not responding please help
