Need for Speed Racing Games

I'm being kicked out of almost ALL multiplayer matches. My rig:
AMD Dual-core 5000+ @ 2.6 gHz
2 gig RAM DDR2
nVidia GeForce 9800GT

So as you can see my system meets all of the minimum requirements. But, when I play the game and go multiplayer and the game gets a bit hectic, the game kicks me for low performance. I set the priority for NFS11.exe to "high", but that doesn't work. I've turned all graphic settings down, from resolution of 1680x1050 to 1280x800, no shadows, no high textures, and no blur. I still get low FPS when I race between other cars and slamming into eachother and so forth. So what to make of this? I paid 45 euro's for this game, and as I meet all the requirements I expect a WORKING game.

they are working on a new patch that will adress most of the problems we had. but i still want a seperate antialiasing option for this game and framerate fix.

I can't connect to autolog can somebody help me?

Why cant we see past page 12 on this thread, well me at least other threads are fine , people keep adding to it and i cannot see the posts.

I'm so pissed....I have a Dual Core processor & ATI Radeon 1950 series (All drivers updated) and EA Team still dont have the **** patch to fix our problems....
They released the game Fast... but I am Furious
OBS: when I start the game.... screen becomes black for 5 seconds and an error msg shows up.

Hey Guy's I'm confused! Has any single person on this planet got need for speed hot pursuit ACTUALLY working on a computer? Patch one, which people were talking about "improved rain"? RAIN? I can't actually get my game to load.....AT ALL? I've tried everything....Old drivers, new drivers....Two different games....every setting under the sun.....ATI (who my graphics card is with) are "furiously" working on updated drivers, EA Criterion are working on Patch 2, But has anybody else actually seen this game work on anything other than a PS3, XBOX, or a TV trailer?

I mean EA would like to "thank people for their support"? Their support? What are EA working on? Trying to get into work? Trying to figure out how to get out the bathroom? Trying to figure out whether they should be making video games or dog food?

Is this site even run by EA, or is this run by a consultancy that EA pay to publish "stuff"?

Has anybody even confirmed the 7.84GB file on the disk is anything other than a splash screen?

Working furiously? Can you believe it? The year 2010 and a software company (EA) and a hardware company (ATI) don't actually know how to make a game run using their software and hardware together.

Bill Gates needs to come back from Africa and take over the whole of the computing world, if this is what happens when two of the largest companies on the planet can only look at this issue after the game is sold!!!???

P.s. for the techies; I run an i7 processor, 3x2GB (tripled) DDR3 RAM, ROG Rage motherboard and ATI 1GB Radeon graphics on W7-64-bit. Shouldn't this work?

To people who would like to use the steering wheel to play the game and press a button to make the gears change:

Buzz off, there is a large percentage of gamers who can't even Play the game, I would believe that to be a more prominent issue compared to wanting to pretend drive a car, go play with your power wheels.

To EA:

Game crashes at car selection screen I have a Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4. The game works fine with 2 cores enabled but the FPS is too terrible to bare, please fix this I played it at a friends house and I love the mechanics.

After the update on the PS3 (13-12-2010) the load time are way longer than before!
And the resets after a crash are the wrong way!
Pleas fix

there is only one way this game and all future game are going to work and that is if they rewrite the whole game engine instead of just adding bits and more bits to an engine that should of been retired when quad core cpu and dx 10 came out!
this game is never going to work for many, EVER!
shame because i love LFS games or i should say i did
