I just got Tiger Woods '09 and am trying to do my Photo Face but keep getting messages that the EA Servers are not available. Anyone know what's going on?

My TW09 just arrived Friday morning, and intermittantly I get the message that the EA servers are not available. Usually I need not wait more than 10 minutes for them to respond again. On Friday it did this about 5 times during the day, today so far only 2 or 3 times.
