Many of you will probably rage at me for even suggesting this, but it's simple. Pick up the phone and ring EA Support. The whole thing will take about 10 minutes to sort out if you remain calm and simply go through with the support technician what steps you have taken in an attempt to fix this issue. The guy/gal over the phone will then most likely take steps to manually link your gamertag after you've put the phone down and within 10/15 minutes of that, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and all will be sorted.

The EA Support number will be in the back of any EA game manual, like Bad Company. Sure it costs a little, but ONLY a little, and it is worth it if you are all as mad about this as you seem. I agree that there internet support is pretty bad at times but their phoneline services are very good.

you are correct the phone service is best but it just goes do show that if you want HELP YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT EITHER A LITTLE OR ALOT. It is a shame that support is avalible that is free, you never hear from or do not get any answers from but if you pay a fee then the flood gates open with great service and answers to your problems. just report them to the better buisness buero and be done with it. they have ****** every relase with issues.

I haved tried "Support" Several times have have not recieved a responce. I cannot link my Xbox account nor have we recieved our "Newsletter" code. Kids will be kids, but it would be nice if it would work the way it's supposed to.

That problem still persists, i cannot link my xbxo 360 gamertag, this happens to every BF game i get, and i have all of them now and i am done buying them and playing them. You guys ruin the game, never respond to problems in customer support i always get this dumb auto-message that doesn't help at all? Why don't you guys just give us the guns? You are just making everyone frustrated.

Alright guys heres my issue. I'm a Veteran Lvl 2. I have BF:BC, BF2:MC, and BF 2142 all registered fine. But it still says I'm a lvl 2? Then I thought, "Oh what about that Claim Veteran Status thing." So I do it, and no changes are found...I tried signing out of EA and Xbox Live thinking maybe the update would come the next time I sign in. But, no. Doesn't work -Anyone else had this issue?
