xbox 360 user here...gamer tag = slow aim

i can view my videos through the in-game interface, but cannot view them here...i don't know if other people can view them or not. the view and ranking counts have not changed in a while. i exchanged a new video for an old one last night, hoping it would somehow fix the problem...it hasn't.

p.s. i had no problem with this up until about a week ago...

Update W/ More Specific Info:

XBL Gamertag: M0bile Mayhem (with a zero and space)

When I log into the forums I log in as my chosen preference for persona (XBL Gamertag) and it displays as M0BILE MAYHEM in the drop-down box at the top. When I go to skate.Reel it automatically logs me in as M0bileMayhem (without the space) and will not let me choose my XBL persona. When I go to change my persona at the skate.Reel website it shows my preferred persona (XBL Gamertag) and displays as M0BILE MAYHEM in the drop-down box. But, when I pick my XBL gamertag as my persona and return to the skate.Reel site, it is still M0bileMayhem. Also, I can see my videos and pictures on my Xbox 360. This became a problem app. 2-3 weeks ago.

I can't see any of my videos, pictures or info on my page here. When I'm logged in, it says that my name is DEAD R3D EYES on the ea.skate site ... but when I click onto the skate.reel site it says that my name is deadr3deyes. I'm not sure if this is a bug or something, as one name has capitol letters and spaces and the other has no spaces and is lowercase. When I click on my name in the upper right corner on the skate.reel site and click MY ACCOUNT, my only persona (XBL gamertag) is selected and my XBL name is correct. So everything looks like it's fine.

I can view all my uploaded videos in game, as well as pictures ... but not on the website.

My login issues seem to be resolved. I stay signed in going from page to page, and I can see/go to my skate.Reel profile page. However I still can't see any videos or pics that I upload.

it is very disappointing that nothing has been done about this. part of the strength of the skate community is the ability to share footage. get off your asses, ea, and fix the problem! you are losing credibility on a daily basis by not having a functioning product.

Xbox Gamer Tag: CJ thy Mutant

Everything is verified and my gamer tag is linked, but my videos are not showing up.
My name shows up as CJ THY MUTANT on the skate home page and when I go to the Skate.Reel page it switches to CJthyMutant.

I've noticed that a lot of people having this problem have spaces in there name. Maybe there's a bug in the system regarding spaces in the names causing us to not be able to see our videos?

I Cant Log In Fine No Problem But I Can Find Any Videos At All I Am On The Site And Skate. And Just Uploaded A Video Again But Cant Find Anything.

Also, is there any way to make my sub-account (the one I just gave you) my master account instead, and delete the current master account? My parents actually don't even know how to get on the PS3, let alone make an account on it. The master account thing was just me being a noob at online and somehow misunderstanding what I was supposed to do. The master account ID is try2hidesparents and the email signed to it is o.j.whit@gmail.com (same one I use for this forum account, it's not a coincidence). This has been bugging me since the day I set up the online, and you have NO IDEA how grateful I would be if this could be done. Never mind the second part of my previous post. I somehow forgot only Sony can mess around with PSN accounts.

I'm really getting tired of this. I've paid 60 bucks for this game (xbox 360 version) and I wish to be able to use all featuers of this game since I did. Everytime I try to get on Skate Reel in my browser, I get the following message:
An unknown error occured
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check back soon.

This error has been here for over 2 months now. I've been a Skate fan since the day it was announced and I wish to create a new video soon, but it won't work. Is there still no fix for this error? Am I the only one to receive this error?
