I use wartapes, never tried the headset option, I'll try it tonight.

I have a headset, so I don't want to go deaf by using wartapes. Headset is the best option if you have a headset IMO.

I think directional ques come through better using the headset option. You can hear lots of details with wartapes but they all blend together.

Tried the headset option last night, seems to give a wider spectrum of sound, so if a gun gets fired to your left, you hear it from the left earpiece, I think I'll be using headset option from now on.
