I'm having trouble downloading my game face to my xbox console. It just locks up my system....

There is no Game Face to download.
This is getting me pissed off

i spent hours on this, finally saw where i needed to enable the windows presentation add-on in firefox...but now when i click generate game face, it says operation error, and give me 3 more tries, which run out, and then i start over only to arrive at the same point....i haven't seen any suggestions on this, and been searching online for hours, any ideas?

my computer just keeps crashing so annoying.

I've currently got a blank box in My Profile under Game Face Beta and the only way of me getting to the Game Face feature is by going to http://www.eafootballworld.com/en_GB/avatar-head-display-program/head-creator/gameFaceCreatorCanvas2

After it loads I receive the following error with empty boxes in the background:

gameface File not found? Click OK to start over.

I've spoken with about 8 different agents who have no clue on how to resolve this issue and I'm pretty sure it's got nothing to do with my computer/browser as I've installed and reinstalled the Gameface and Unity software on 3 different computers and used both Firefox and IE, but the issue still occurs.

I would appreciate your help in getting this resolved.

for the love of god ,i have done every step in the upload process with the same frustrating promp over 15 times now

Hey guys,

so i did all the steps, and at the last step where I see my gameface, it says click "Generate".

So when I click on generate, my firefox download window pops up and tells me to save a file named: "EASPORTSGFC.xbp" or open it with notepad??? And the screen where i was doing my game face stays white (blank)

I also had the same problem, and Internet Explorer was the solution (I have IE8 BTW)!

I created a gameface and everything was fine, until... I tried to upload it to my Xbox 360 console. "No gameface found". It's pretty frustrating for all the hours spent and I failed to find any solution.
