Has anyone here used EA's *new* form of communication - Send us your Feedback!? If so, what were your results? Did they reply back? Was it an automated reply?

Clearly, posting question/issues on this forum doesn't seem to work too well, as the only responses we get are from other users and moderators (who are users like you and me, as I have been told, they DO NOT work for EA).

I cannot speak about the other forums as I rarely frequent them, but I suspect that the situation is the same.

I've found that if you post daily about widespread issues and reply to threads in a very sarcastic/negative way for weeks at a time, eventually they will get a developer on your issue... squeaky wheel gets the oil right?

Kinda ran out of options after a few years of never getting anything done

BSmitty, I sort of follow your mindset, only problem is, I think that EA has a vested interest in the WD40 company... They simply apply a little WD on all of our issues and complaints and presto, no more squeaky wheel.

I too have ran out of options, except for one, but I must be careful with it, as it could be construed as terroristic threats...

But seriously, does this *new* format really work? I would venture to guess not, as we continue to say and read about the same issues with no communication from their end saying that they are working on it.

The game has been out for 3 months. Since day 1 users have been reporting problems, bugs and issues here on the forums. To my knowledge, EA has yet to even acknowledge any of the issues in the game nor give any info that they are working on fixes.

Do you really think that you would get any response from the 'feedback' you submit?

Padutou, even if that were the case, though I am taking your comment as tongue-in-cheek.... , that does not preclude them from responding with said.

Bottomline is, as long as we keep supporting them, on all levels, they will continue to ignore us. Or occasionally they'll throw out a "we care" appeasement in the form of "send us your feedback".

I bought Madden '11 (PS3) and it *bleep*!!!!! I bought Tiger Woods '11 and it is tolerable. But, this is the last year I'll be buying anymore EA products. Reason, I am a firm believer and supporter of Customer Service, of which EA fails miserably, in my opinion.

Ok Ryujin, I'll bite. So, what would be the purpose of posting in the Tiger Woods PGA TOUR Tech Help & Feedback section? I mean, you obviously took a moment to post that suggestion here without even hinting that you might address some of the issues that permeates this forum. So, why would we believe that you would do so in another form?

And, if I might ask, what is your role at EA? Are you in a position to even begin to issue any of our concerns?

The purpose of posting in that particular forum is that you can get tech help from me and other community members when you need it. It is also a great place for you to post your feedback about concerns you have with this title. The DevTeam is much more likely to check the Feedback section for feedback than they are for Off Topic or General Discussion forums.

Are you having a technical issue or an account issue or something similar that I may be able to help you with?
