They don't make it real easy to find. On the game's first page, click on the gear symbol next to your name, then on Knowledgebase, then look on the left side of the page under Support Links.

But I don't think live chat works on weekends.

At the bottom of your Homepage, lower left corner next to your name is a small green gear or cog looking thing. Click there, then on Knowledge Base, then Live Chat. But CS work short hours on weekends so you'll need to try tomorrow.

Also, the Mods and Forum admin have been well aware of the forum bug for quite some time now.

May I say that dealing with EA tech support is easy as falling off a log but a lot longer. Took 2hrs to fix 1hr was waiting time. I'. a HAPPY CAMPER NOW!!!!

I signed up for a monthly membership last week and although it now says I'm a member and got some pointe added, I still have to pay green fees and don't have unlimited use of my upgraded clubs like I did when I was a member before.
I spoke with customer service 3 times with no success, although the last CSR gave me 4 months free membership which at this point is useless. Each time I spoke with a CSR they assured me the problem was fixed...wrong. Is there anyone at EA who knows what they're doing that can look into this. I don't mind paying for membership but I'd like to get what I'm paying for.

Just where in this new interface do you go to remove your credit card and cancel a membership? It used to my under "my account" but now I cannot find it anywhere.
