I deleted the game too and came back after two months with false expectations.
Seriously EA WTF is going through your minds. Just Imagine how many beta testers have spent (and keep spending) real money to get "donut money". Now add every apple costumer left. It would be a preposterous decision to abandon this huge project.

Play Simpsons tapped out by 2-2.5 month, last week i have try to conect to the game and have automatically logout from server, when i try to connect one more i been watch first intro in the game, and I realized i lost my progress (15 level, last building Church), my email SICBOY@bk.ru, i don`t remember my nicname, like sicboyka329

is there a timeframe for when the game will run? .... and the problems are isolated to this game or is it all EA games that have serious bugs?, it's hard to buy other games when there are big difficulties in getting this game to work.

You will probally not get it to work, EA have serious problems with game development... wait .. and stop buying other games from EA... thats what I am doing.

Willie the gardener went missing the other day. I got him back by inventorising his shack and replacing it, but characters shouldn't go missing in the first place.

Please remove the "Crop Share" tasks that ask me to plant Triffids: they give me no cash, and the 200XP I do get goes nowhere now I've reached Level 20.

No rewards/money
Bug seems to have occurred. Do not get rewards. Tried to follow solution on help page, do not see mop bucket on other schools. Level 11, can't access some friends but says they have a newer version. Recently lost a lemon tree. Hopefully this info helps, love the game, needs a patch! Thx

Aaaaah! I have been loving and playing this game continually. I have all of the town plus 6 extra houses and additional Kwikimart, Krusty Burger and Gulp'n'Blow as well as massive land space with over 100000 in coins and 4 doughnuts. Then, during visiting another town it asked me to place the brown house in the other town which couldn't even be done! When I returned to my town, my accessible land had reduced to the games basic highlighted area you receive at the start of the game! All my town is still there surrounding this, but I cannot get to it and all my characters are stuck in the inaccessible parts of my town!! I have lost all my money, doughnuts and my town rating has gone from a 4.5* to a 1.5* and I have lost the facility to pick up any objects. I had heard of problems with this game but hoped I was lucky! I have spent hours on this and deeply upset!!! What are EA Games doing to help? I want my town back!!!

exact same thing happened to me tonight, I have been playing the game for about 8 weeks every day and all of a sudden server problems, then BOOM town gone, exactly as you have described Nikki090773. So disappointed.

I have a number of bugs to report in my game

1. Everytime I get to the mystery box rewards for the 7th day login in I get 500 cash every time. This has happened since the very beginning. Extremely annoying. Where as the crap account that is linked to my account (see below) always gets the donuts. This is meant to be random - not much randomness there.
2. My game is for some reason linked to a low level game. For some reason when I login it sometimes goes to that crap version instead of my level 20 game. I have to login repeatedly before it goes into the correct game. Very annoying
3. I have 2 Simpsons houses. I cant delete one of them so like said have 2 for no reason. This has been an issue since early in the game when it disappeared so I had to rebuild it then It just decided to reappear.

I would appreciate if these issues could be resolved. Game play is compromised with it as it is and there is no reason to bother to purchase In game donuts if the game continues like this. Would be waste of money.

My game is stuck. The game thinks I'm back at the tutorial and insists on me moving the kwik-e-mart and putting it exactly where it says, but I've got something else built there so now I can't do anything at all. Homer keeps telling me to place the building where the game says but I can't! Please help.

I have just reached level 20 and it asked me to rate it. I was a bit cautious as I thought the game has not been put back on the market yet. I clicked rate and reviewed the app. When I got back into the game I had been put back to level 19 and when i got back to 20 it asked me to rate it again.

today it keeps sending me back to the beginning of level 1 then when i get back to level 7 and build the krusty burger it crashes again and makes me start over again and its really annoying.
