Now I'm not a fan of hatchbacks. It don't matter who it comes from, I don't like it. Ford Focus? Ick. Toyota Matrix? Needs to roll over and die. Peugeot GTI? Gives me the overwhelming desire to find a non-family member, and possibly even one I don't care for, and beat the auto execs to death.

But this. This. Is something that I like. And I mean actually like. It's got style, pizzazz, and it let's in light. Sure the hatch is pretty much worthless 'cause the engines in the back but still. You can actually see out the back of this thing. And all you need is a taxi fueling station nearby and you can run off natural gas. Fortunately for me, I got one nearby.

And if you'd prefer a ragtop sport edition then try this out instead. Sure it doesn't have all those goodies that the kids think you need to have an operating car. But the style, well, why can't we get this in North America???

PS. Thanks to Jussi for pointing this gem out to me.

Yeah same however you COULD buy it there, and import it back to the US or Canada. Although, you may have to change the car itself to match our regulations.

Actually Porsche sued them and lost because of the front of the car. True story.

Me too,

I thought they had a license to copy the old Porsche 356 series, 'cos these cars sure look a lot alike...

They got the license after the suit. Kinda hard to sue someone when they tell the judge, "but we'll pay!"

Yes, we heard all about that in the Sexiest car in the world thread, but thank you for the creative writing skills. (I'm sure that came out wrong.)

But do you hate the car this thread is about? Or like it?

Not nice!

We need hatchbacks over here in Europe anyay so we know who the lower class people are

(I'm such a snob and I drive a Vauxhall Vectra - there's no hope for me)

At least it's not a Pontiac Acadian...the ultra snob hatchback...so snobby it was only available in Canada.
