GODFATHER 2 PATCH - ENABLES MULTIPLAYER

Seeing as I had massive difficulty finding the patch I thought it best I share where to find... EA does not seem to use logic.

Go to EA Support. If logged in on this forum, click on your persona toward the top of the screen and you should get a drop down box. Select support. Now choose the game category. (PC > The Godfather > Godfather 2).

In the hot topics you should find a download for the latest patch. Obviously we do not know if this is the latest download...we just have to trust EA I suppose?

Sucks. My EA boycott is back on after purchasing this game! Let my heart get the better of me...*you can be an online don...loads game up, ow, online multiplayer is not included in the box despite it being advertised on the back. And we will not create a sticky on the game forums pointing to the patches*! GOODNESS EA, GOODNESS!!! If I find some free time I may come up to your Guildford Office and maybe I dont know, what could I do to match your idiocy? I am sure you will think of something for me.

*Rant over* Sorry buy that took me over 4 hours to find that patch and if ONE EA Official had bothered to do their job in the month since this game was released it would have saved my self and many others a great deal of time. Yet another example of EA happily spitting on its customer base.

Its an EA thing really. They simply just dont care . You see ea only cares about money and making muliplay work simply doesnt make any money at so it has a low or no priority. Someon from ea said they were working multiplayer but not in a sticky , no somehere in a thread and i havent heard anything about it eversince. There are more stupif ea things. They make you pay for downloadabel content that should have been in the game in the first place and they only release of for consoles and not for pc. They did the exact same thing with gf1 and i cant believe they are doing it again.

If you wanted it to play multiplayer, well from the PC side, you won't find anyone there (my experience and many, many others).

I downloaded the patch and it was succesful i managed to open the multiplayer etc, but it wont find me any matches, and every time i try and join a match it keeps on telling me that there were no matches found...Can anyone help??
