I tried it once and had a lot of problems with the leg strap slipping. I would make it super tight but as I ran it slipped down down down my leg until it was uncomfortable. I am a heavy woman and I had on a light weight sweat pant..........is there a trick to keeping it on?? I did try putting it on standing but it still slipped. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm a big gal too and found that if you put it up as high as possible on the leg (practically to your crotch) while standing and get it tight it should stay. I've made it through 2 workout days so far doing it this way and mine has stayed on. Maybe try a slightly tighter pair of pants or shorts and see if that helps. Good Luck!

Hey there - I would recommend (as MLindaG did) to wear quite high up on the upper right thigh and to make sure that it is fairly tight. Mine was was always really tight, but never uncomfortable. It could also depend on what you're wearing. I would normally wear leggings (but they weren't skin tight) and it seemed to be fine. I hope that helps.

I struggle with this to. they need to make a pair of shorts with the pouch in it or a belt so it doesn't slide.

I had a lot of trouble keeping the leg strap up...particularly on exercises where I had to take the numchuck out of the pouch. I had the strap as tight as could be...but I was wearing polyester workout shorts. Maybe some cotton shorts would work better. I hope so...I had a great time working out except for having to redo the legstrap all the time.

I found that the leg strap stays on my bare leg better than cloth. I don't know if that would work for everyone, but it works for me.

I did (of course it might have been because I was wearing jeans). I even had it to where it was almost cutting off circulation and it fell down. I'll have to try it on bare skin next but I had it as high as it could go on my leg. With thick thighs the strap could be problematic. I'm glad I'm not any bigger.

If you look at the demonstration it shows that the leg strap is to be worn all the way up. I was having issues too and then I did this. For some reason it stays put all the way up. Dont know what it makes a difference.

The leg strap stays on much better on bare skin. The rubber backing sticks to you and doesn't fall down as easily. I've tried it high and low, over all different kinds of work out clothes and finally settled on wearing my short shorts so it is on my skin and wearing it just where my thigh thins out about my knee. I'm short and if I put it up high it digs into me when I do squats.

I usually wear tight yoga pans to workout in and my leg strap usually stays on the whole time. However, I have worn shorts a few times and it stays on very well.

I usually wear shorts, roll them up, and put mine on bare skin. I noticed when my boys tried it over their pants it kept slipping. Is it possible to maybe put velcro or double-sided tape on the inside? I know when mine slips on a run it is sooooooo distracting, and I dont move my leg as much. The shorts with the pocket look good.
