Ok - this is gonna sound geeky but I'm looking for a list of all the exercises used (or are part of the create your own) in the Wii Active workouts. I'd like to create a spreadsheet so I can monitor my upper vs lower body workouts & on off days tweek them. Any ideas?? I really do not look forward to sitting in from of the tv & finding them manually, thanks!
Kelly

I think by default when you add them it goes on medium intensity. To change this on a per exercise basis, just hover over the exercise (the ones you have selected already, not the list of all exercises) and it will eventually give you a set of arrows to increase/decrease intensity. If you want to change the intensity on ALL exercises, you can use the plus/minus buttons on the screen.

It varies depending on the exercises being done. I think for the upper/lower body workouts, it is simply the number of reps and 'maybe' the amount of time the move is held.
For cardio/sports it could be the length of time or the number and type of moves done within the exercise.
In general the intensity levels are there to push you harder for each exercise.

Kivrin,
Many thanks for posting the list as it both puts the exercises in context and gives me something to look forward to

Thanks Kivrin...I'm in my second week of the 30 day challenge and this helps so much!
I have one question...Is there any connectivity between the Wii Active and Wii Fit? I use both and wish that my activities were automatically entered in the Wii Fit program. Is there a way to do that?

So do we have to go out and buy the wii fit board to do those exercises listed with wbb? Or will they work without it?

The exercises using the wbb wont show up unless you have it toggled that you are using the fit board. There are similar exercises that do not use the board that are used intead of you have the board toggled to off. For instance there is inline skating with and without the board. So, no they wont work without the board, but if you dont have the board, those exercises wont show up on your list anyway.
