What up gents, just pushing my new NHL Authentic goal horn package which is a compilation of the best NHL goal horns. I made this pack because the HMP one was simply awful. The horns were outdated or inaccurate, and the dBs were off, which meant that you couldn't hear it as well in game. I also did some other editing to make it much more smoother.

I have to agree, the HMP music pack seemed to take a lot of stuff from the 2khockey download area, and surprisingly that same area has more up to date stuff than he chose to put in. Ill give yours a try

This is for XBox only or PS3 as well? How do you install it in your console?

nicely done. they sound a little distorted right now but that could be just on my comp. ill try them in the game and see. other then that i really like it. maybe in the future you can release a few others for the teams that play more then one goal song during games.

Try my pack out and let me know what you think about the quality.. just a note, I wouldn't try listening to them on your computer, they may be too loud. On the console it comes out much differently.

No offense but if you are going to describe someone else's work as simply awful, you better be able to back it up. The horns you added sound great however the music is "simply awful" . I don't know what you did, but you can barely hear the music and it is all distorted and yes this is in the game itself. I have a very good surround sound system and the music sounds terrible. Especially the Calgary flames. I don't know if you added re verb to the songs or what, but the game already adds that in itself so hopefully you didn't. I'm not sure why the music is so distorted?

distortion is caused from bumping up the decibal levels. I did this because I didn't think the horns were loud enough, and I thought it would be different in game. Fixing it now.

I wish i could get the horns with no music. I have to edit them and it just cuts off. Oh well, ill just stick with defaults.

My updated version of the Goal Horns + Songs is out with no distortion, let me know what you guys think.

gonna test it out. hmp horn pack was soft.. i want to feel like i actually score at the real arena. haha

you can use mp3gain to boost the decibels. i did that. not to be rude, but i dont like some of the quality of your goal horns, and some (like the leafs) are not exactly right. ive never heard someone say "HE SCORES" before the leafs goal horn goes off. not being a ****, just pointing things out for improvement.

I don't think my horns were awful. I made them 102 Decibals because that is what sounded good in NHL 10. It sounds good in NHL 11 for me.

Anyways, I appreciate the feedback
