Before going through the 7 stages to generate a game face in under 10 mins, I had to download the 'unity player'. I did this, and it worked as the ea sports image animation came up. After the game face was generated I closed the window (which it told you to do). I then went on to finish the process and then dowload it on to Fifa. But when I get to the next stage it says 'error launching Unity player', I run the program to install it, but after I click 'Finish' on the installation wizard, the animation on the right-hand side of the screen doesn't work, it stays exactly the same as it was before installing the 'Unity player'. Can anyone help me?

If i go to start again, creating a new game face to see if that solves the problem, it says:

"You have been approved to the Game Face BETA. Thank you for using EASPORTS Game Face."

hi i made my game face correctly but the ps3 said i dont have any game face, but did it

I've created my game face and my EA account is linked properly with my Xbox Live Gold account, but FIFA 2010 still says there is no game face to download. Please Help!!!

ach... its impossible to use GAMEFACE in FIFA10 in PS3. If i want to download it its writing me: no gameface to download. Please its some problem in my ps3 or its problem in EA? And if so please when you will fix that or what i have to do to work that ?

It still opens an empty browser when i try to generate the face ??

Acabei criando dois login (EA ID [rafael_alfieri@hotmail.com] + PS3 alfieri_play@hotmail.com []), com o mesmo perfil "RAFALFIERI. Talvez por isso confundir o servidor, eo tempo parece minha cara real (e não permitir que o botão de edição) .. eo tempo parece cara (padrão e permite que o botão de edição).

Atualmente eu estou jogando (Fifa 10 padrão face), e tentar atualizar o sistema de The Game, não encontramos nenhuma faces.

First I would like to congratulate the team and product. But I'm having problems updating my face, and would like your help.
I ended up creating two login (EA ID [rafael_alfieri@hotmail.com] + PS3 [alfieri_play@hotmail.com]), with the same profile "RAFALFIERI. Maybe that's why confuse the server, and time appears to my face real (and not enable the button for editing) .. and time appears to face default (and enables the edit button).

Currently I'm playing (FIFA 10) face default, and try to update the system of the game, does not find any faces.

help me!

I am having a problem with Game Face BETA. I Try To Download My Game Face But It Says I Haven't Done One So I Edited It A Little Now The Program Is Dead On Me. Cant Do Anything At All!

So I get through the entire process but I was always have toruble at the end. When it ends the upload it states that I should now close the window and my new generated face would be on the game face creator but when i do close it, it is not there. Instead there is the default faces. Please help I've tried this so many times and all with the same results.

Kudos to EA for advertising something that virtually nobody can get to work.

Hi, I have visited these forums and posted on them, and have not found a solution there (however, I see that I am not the only person with the same issues) I have also sent emails to the support team but had two responses that havent helped.

I have created my gameface on the website correctly and not had a problem here (see attached GAMEFACE screenshot)

I have downloaded my gameface to my xbox account ok (it went to 100% and you can see the small profile picture on my xbox menus - see attached INGAME screenshot)

However, my issue is that the appearance of my virtual pro has NOT changed since I loaded in the gameface and it remains as it was when I had initially tweaked him in game prior to creating my gameface. In addition, I can no longer make manual adjustments to my virtual pros appearance (exept for hair and eye colour) since these attributes are now locked.

I have tried reloading my gameface into the game (and this only works after I have changed my gameface on the website) and I have done this, but again there has not been any adjustment to my virtual pro. (I completely changed my appearance on the website and there was no change to my virtual pro's appearance - so there is definitely a disconnect between what I can see on the web and what gets applied to my virtual pro)

Please can you assist me in getting to the root of this problem, either by helpoing me getting my gameface loaded onto my virtual pro, or helping me remove my gameface so I can manually adjust my virtual pros appearance ang getting him looking more like me!

when i have finished to do everything, and i want to save. at first it said saving for EA sports and generally fails, but sometimes it works and then star trying to save for FIFA 10 and then it fails. what's the problem please help

I am also facing the same problem. whenever i try to save the gameface, it says something like "Gameface save status: failed" or "The system is currently too busy to process your request. Please try again in a few moments." I have gone on my PS3 and i see my picture on the corner but i cannot download a gameface either. please help

When i try to generate my Game Face, I get the following error:

Do you guys know how to address this issue?
