well, I cancelled my membership today just to keep it from automatically renewing.
decided to edit my card info and guess what?

I just had a look at "Manage Membership"
I would like options where it has "Subscription end date:" to not renew, or manual renew. I don't like the current "Recurrent" only option.

I also don't like that that I can not delete my Credit Card details. Just to make sure that when I manually cancel, charges can not be accidently made against the credit card for what ever reason.

I do not plan to re-new my subscription (Not happy with current on going problems and random changes that has happened over the past 8 months), but I do not want to cancel prematurely, I paid for a year, I want the whole year not 360 days

I totally agree with you Longwood, that's why I cancelled my membership. I used to play all the time and loved it, I still play occasionally but EA wants to bilk you of your money for everything you do on here. Surprised they don't charge to use the forums.

Membership cancelled 24/12/2011. Merry Christmas EA. Hope you make a new years resolution to be more responsible to your customers in the coming year. As far as 2011 was concerned you failed miserably in every aspect of customer satisfaction and service. I'm sure there will be lots more memberships cancelled in 2012 if you don't improve.

I agree totally that EA failed miserably in every aspect of customer satisfaction and service. They are all working on TW13 and just wants our money for the buggy TWO and TW12. I'm out and won't come back. No more EA games for my money!

I also cancelled my membership & will not be buying anything ea again. My membership is also not due to expire till march 2012 but since I cancelled my renewal they also cancelled my membership Happy new year ea & up yours too.
