I can't view my videos on Skate.Reel! - Updated

I'm on xbox 360

I bought the filmer pack

I uploaded 2 vids and then now every time i try and upload another... it generates the footage then tells me there is a problem connection to EA online services!!!! WTF ea. I can play online games fine and every other aspect of my game works why cant i upload vids!!!!

same problem here, but without filmer pack and on PS3.

made 2 videos but unable to upload them to EA nation due to a "fault" "please try again later. had this on several occassions in different days and timeframes. it kinda sux not being able to get the decent team support since this is a big part of the game.

Thank you! finally someone is doing something for this issue. Yeah, i cant view my pictures, videos, how many boards sold, nothing. when i log in i see nothing on my computer its like i dont even have skate 3 and im linked properly also. idk whats going on.

when i download my reels, i can only download 1 and then i have to refresh the page

is this fixable?

I went to skate.reel and all I see is the "All" tab.
I'm on 360 and I'm guessing this is a problem for most 360 users?

If you can login and you have verified that your console account is properly linked, but you still cannot see your videos when you login to Skate.Reel, please reply to this thread and let us know. We're collecting sample accounts to help pinpoint this issue.

-Update-
We believe that we have now isolated the issue of not being able to view your videos to PS3 users only.

If you are an Xbox 360 user and can login to the web site successfully but are unable to see your videos please post on this thread with as much information as possible. This way we can ensure that our team does not concentrate solely on PS3 users if there is in fact still an issue for Xbox 360 users trying to view their videos.

If you are a PS3 user who can view your videos, please post on this thread with your Persona name so that we can use your account as a test sample. Please also note that you are a PS3 user who can view videos in the post.

I cant see my uploaded videos, and i have a 360. i could until yesterday. but not today. and on XBL it says that i have ten clips as shared videos.

my gamer tag is TeeEhmKay, I use a wireless router, and this all worked before. I dont know what other info to provide. it has no game activity listed either. but on XBL, it says i did all this uploading. so wheres my footage.

Been at least 3 days now that I am unable to see skate.reel or skate.parks on my PC. My Xbox shows that I can upload the footage, but it does not show up for me. Hearing from quite a few other people on different forums that they are unable to view .reel and .park as well. Running my Xbox through my Netgear router hardwired on my PC which is Win 7 Premium 64-bit based machine. I've tried 32 bit and 64 bit IE, Chrome, and Firefox to view with no different results. I can log in to the site just fine.
