For those who make the beta, go ahead and post your impressions. Gonna make this a sticky for a month or so through the beta period.

Have they already sent the emails for the second round of the Beta or are they sending them out today?

Who tests the beta other than the same players that win every tournament every day?

From what I gather, the invites haven't been sent yet. They may not go out until day of (tomorrow).

ummm, this is the PC Online version being tested - there aren't daily tournaments, same old players all the time etc etc - it IS a mostly different crowd than play console versions

I'd suggest the PC Forum as an alternate/better spot - a lot of PC players don't visit the Gen Disc forum much IMO
and
although it looks like a relatively Open Beta - does that assume no NDA type agreement ?

It will be around 5-10k in this beta, in regards to NDA...it's hard telling. At first it seemed like we had to be tight lipped, but then I had to go ahead to post a review of the first go around. It's going to be hard to come up with an NDA with this many people and police it, but I'm sure we'll find out for sure when the time comes.

The TW Online beta will be tested by thousands of users (veteran TW PC users as well as newcomers assuming newcomers sign up for the beta).

I am still waiting for my beta key for beta 2 starting tomorrow. They said I have been accepted 4 weeks ago but I haven't got anything yet.


Is there someway to contact them as I don't want to miss out.

as far as i know, the confirming emails haven't been sent yet, the ones with the actual beta key or login information

the reply to the signup was likely worded .... and you are now eligible to be a Beta participant. If you are selected to participate in the Beta, you will receive a Beta Key and an e-mail containing instructions on how to access the Beta ...

or something similar

but that's just my guess, we're all waiting

Yeah instructions on getting into the beta (if you're in) will go out Tuesday morning or afternoon sometime.

That's good to know. Hopefully it will be sometime this morning.

No invites in my mailbox as of yet.
