Can someone with EA please tell me why the University of Memphis mascot "Pouncer" is STILL not in the game?

Although I understand being left out the first few times, as Memphis is not a BCS powerhouse... It's kind of ridiculous to see some of the schools that have mascots in the game when the Tigers do not.

Memphis has been one of the most consistant bowl teams in recent years... It's not like Pouncer is obscure... is it a licensing thing?
