damn. Even someone with a 5 year old computer could play this game.

My 2 year old laptop can play this. I think i'd rather play this on PS3 though.

And my 1 year old laptop can't run this... I wonder why there is such a divergence between Intel and AMD processors? 1,8 GHz for Intel and 2,4 GHz for AMD?

wow this is actually great news I mean thanks to the developers for not making us buy NASA pc`s to play this game. Recommended Requirements are really decent. Great job with the optimization.

I am so looking forward to the having everything near max. I can play BC2 at Med pretty smooth so this should be a piece of cake.

How is it possible? Its looking so good. No Nasa PC needed? Thats amazing! By the way, is this game a console port or is the PC version really the PC version?

It shouldn't matter too much for a racing game, because you really should be playing using an Xbox 360 controller anyway. Of course, I'm sure we'll have custom resolution and graphics settings.

its nice to run it easy but it is stupid that pc has same graphics as a console that is weaker but if the pc had much better graphics
the consolers would take it as a insult or discrimination. No insult to a normal ps3/xbox360 person but all my friends are fanboys and take it too serious like many people do.

The PC will have the option to run the game at higher resolution than the console, along with better antialiasing and better anisotropic filtering.

As for the developers improving the graphics on PC, it's simply not financially feasible to make improvements to only one of your three platforms, unless you're intending to make a game primarily for PC, and then port it to console, which is obviously not something you'd want to do with a game like Hot Pursuit.

Is the Toyota Supra, Nissan Skyline R34 and Mazda RX7 in the game?
Thanks

I'm afraid that your question has nothing to do with the topic I'd post it in an appropriate one if I were you

I have an Intel Core i3 2.13 ghz, ATI Radeon 5470, 4gb DDR3 RAM, 320gb Hard Drive. Would it play this game, if so, on what settings? I don't know much about PC's, so could someone more knowledegable than myslef make sense of it all. Dying to get this game, but don't want to waste money if my PC is not up to scratch. Thanks.

Matt

Will this run well on a PC vs Console? How important is your processor vs graphics card for racing games? It's no fun racing a huge map/course if it's laggy.

Duo Core E8400 @ 3.0ghz 2.7ghz
4 gigs ram
GeForce GTX 260

Thanks!
