Actually have another problem, I cant match up the complexion my game face is so much lighter than the complexion of the rest of the players head/body

I assume you refer to the console side? Check the troubleshooting tips below for some information on how to get better likeness in game.

In particular, try regenerating your Gameface with skintone #2 rather than #5.

Actually yes, I'm having the exact same issue now, 'problem preparing input assets' ?

For some reason i lost my connection so I just refreshed my page and was able to save it then

Having the same problem! Refreshed the page and tried to save again, completely frustrating as i need the GS points!

Sorry - We are having a database hiccup that will affect only a few people, among which you are now unluckily counted.

Try again in a couple hours, it should be back to normal.

Poni84 - there was a problem with the application servers over the weekend that wasn't fixed until Monday. Everything should be OK now.

jkentsr42 - right now, the gameface you create on the web can only be used in FIFA 10, 11, & World Cup.
