I found the solution! Took me about 10 hours of trial and error, but i got it!

This is what you do:

-When you download GFCpreprequisites file for the gameface beta make sure to install ALL the components that come with it {EA Sports Gameface Client Certificate, DirectX 9.0c, and .NET framework 3.5 SP1).
-Next, you go to gameface creator, upload your fron/side view, and generate the face, then save it
-After all that is finished, go to your Virtual Pro menu in game, hit "Download EA Sports Gameface", and then you should be prompted with a similar dialogue box to this one: "Downloading this will overwrite your current pro settings" or something like it
-Hit "Yes"
-After your download is finished, the GameFace will be loaded on your Virtual Pro

Enjoy the game!

I created my Gameface in Firefox with seemingly no problems...I then downloaded a XAML Browser Application File to my computer and attempted to open it using Windows Presentation Foundation Host without any joy. So I attempted to double left click on the file which tried to open it in Firefox, but a new Untitled tab appeared instead. So finally I downloaded I.E 8 to attempt to open it in there and after appearing to be downloading up came the message 'Application Download Error. AAaarghh!! Help!

I had created my gameface and had used it for like 2 months or even more and i was almost done with my accomplishments...Now all of a sudden i lost it on my game b/c it said it was corrupted and i couldn't use it online but i could use it on Be a pro season...Now i lost the data because of the ps3 problem for the fat ps3's that happened earlier today..However, i still have the gameface showing on the easportsfootball.com website but i don't have it on my game and the psn of the game is connected with my easports account b/c I see my avatar at the buttom right in the game when i press pause and i can play online and when i play online..I see my persona name when i play online and it proves its connected..I tried reconnecting the gameface on the ea account to be able to use it on Fifa 10 but when I press Virtual pro on the game, it takes me to the general virtual pro talking about how i can make virtual pro better, saying that i should download the virtual pro...I'M CONFUSED.. Now the real question is "How do I get restore my gameface/Virtual pro to play online b/c i can see the game face on my easports account but i can't get to use it online or even play BE A PRO SEASON..?" Do i have to redownload another game face to make this work and if i redownload him will he still be as good or i have to restart from the beginning because i had made my virtual pro really good..He was like an 88 overall

it says i have to create a pro from the Main Menu to use him in the be a pro season..

i'm having problems with uploading game face. it's a jpeg, 1.4 mb, higher than 1024x768, all as asked when uploading. I keep getting error #2032. need help from someone

My game face beta works except that I can't upload a photo.
The problem is that the grey box of the game face beta isn't big enough so I can see the writing where it says: "Or upload a photo of your own" but I can't push the button that says "upload" because the game face screen stops higher up.

Please help me!

I'm still having problems with this even after individually re-downloading all the software required to generate the gameface. I apppear to have all the required hardware on my computer as well so I'm a bit perplexed. How do I start the whole process over from the start? yes i am having the same problems as k-riis10!! please help, i have downloaded everything and have top pc in market... i do all steps after selecting both frontal and side pictures, then it uploads, and when i click on "Generate My Game Face" it always appears a new window wich tells me if i want to save to disk or open with a program the file "EASPORTSGFC.xbap". If i save it on my comp nothing happens and my game face isnt made, and if i choose to open it i select Windows Presentation Foundation Host wich is the predetermined program and it opens a new tab on my internet browser in blank and prompt me again if i want to open or download tha same file!!! over and over and over..... could someone help me plz!! i have done all the troubleshooting steps re-downloading every program and nothing!
