First, let me say how ridiculously cool this game is. Well done, EA Sports!

I'm 99% sure this is just my misunderstanding of the structure of the PGA tour season; however, I wanted to run this by you to make sure.

I started the PGA tour season on my PS2 last night. I played the very first event, which went to a playoff. I took 2nd. The next event on the calendar was locked, and it said that I had to win a PGA tour event to unlock it. So, I went back to the first event that I took 2nd in and tried to replay it but was unable to do so (which makes sense). I then went and looked for another event to play. I found one that occurred after the one I wanted to unlock and decided to play it. At this point, it prompted me whether or not I wanted to skip the locked event. I didn't want to skip the locked event, but I didn't have a choice because there were no other prior events that I could play. So, I was forced to skip it. Does this mean that I'll never get to play that event (because I didn't take 1st in the very first event)?

I guess this makes sense in terms of the fact that you can't go back in time and play an event in real life. I'm just hoping I didn't miss out on the locked event forever.

I would think it would be unlocked when you progress to season 2.

Whoa! There's a season 2? How many seasons are there?
