ok well i bought this game from CEX a 2nd hand store shop. so obviously the previous owner has tried online and used the code already but ... i really hope thers a way round this =.=
any suggestions ?

so far i have email ea in the support section for registration issues with it , hoping for a reply within 24 hours highly doubt it though!
