level with the cpu skills set to 100 is the way to go, and spread this around so ea patches
it so rank matches are played with these settings

I'm in the midst of watching all these...lol But have you personally tried the game like this? Do you like it?

havent gotten a chance.. lol all honesty is i havent gotten the game.. but the things ive seen from versuz, n apex show me the same weired ish from 09 that made me mad, like when a reciver is has a pass lead to far ahead of him over the middle and he power slides almost like mario kart, lolz to make up the difference... ive lost games on * like that, defenders power sliding to catch the ball that couldnt be caught in real life... so you guys test his settings out and if it works we should spread this so when the game is patched... they patch rank match by this standard

Sounds cool, but I won't have the game until Friday, so I am in the same boat as you. I'm just hoping that setting it on Pro won't dumb down the CPU AI to the point that I feel like I'm playing against a little kid.

you also have to put the cpu skill set, aka the sliders on 100, that makes them play 100percent of there ratings, or their potential.. watch his vids man they explain and show examples of every thing

wow dude that explains so much! im going to start playing like that. I do see the huge difference in his examples.

I really wish EA would have explained that better. In the past All-madden actually made the computer play to their full potential in the old x-box games, but that explains so much!

Yeah, looking forward to trying this out. I remember when it first came out for the ps2 that we always played it on All Madden and put the sliders all the way up. I just laughed when I tried it this year.

EA should be paying this guy. Seriously that is what advertisement men should do. Hes showing the true "realism" in the game. I shall never play in all madden again

i just started playin on pro to try it out and already seem to notice a difference from the last game i played on all pro...

im playing with the vikings and last game jarad allen (one of the vikings premier defenders) was basically useless..

first drive of this game he's already been in on the first 3 plays

im really seeing a difference players see to play more realistically and react more to the play as its happening rather than playing like they know exactly what you're trying to do immediately after the snap

its definately not too easy either ..i threw a pick my first possession and got sacked the next...but broke a long TD run afterwards..i could see the defenders reacting more realistically and the attributes really seem to be playing a factor

you know, after playing the game since launch, my skill level had risen to the point where I can't run the ball at all, but after looking at this vid, I now know why, at a madden IQ of 680, my sliders are above the "ALL-Madden Level set by the computer, so my line is intentionally missing blocks to make it harder for me to run! This makes complete sense!

The player slider for All Madden Difficulty
(These number represent how difficult it will be for you to do well in each category)
passing 15
rushing 15
Pass Defense 15
Rush Defense 15

My Madden IQ is 680 and these are the preset slider for my IQ level

Passing 15
Rushing 17
Pass Defense 15
Rush Defense 16

As you can see, the presets for my IQ level should make the game more difficult than the all Madden level.
So it may just be the logic of these sliders as to why the computer intentionally misses blocks, or why the receiver can't beat press coverage at all. I never thought of it that way! Don't get me wrong, the computer is still cheap and stupid, but these vids explain some of the weird stuf that happens.

The problem is that i would like to do that but every time i play madden somewhere else i don't want to have to explain some far fetched reason to switch all the settings, especially if I'm at someone else's house, that way it will make it impossible to have fun playing someone else's madden.

lol, true. Just write a paragraph about why it's necessary to do so, and hand it to whoever you play with like it's your Madden ransom list.

This makes it a better game of football and I've only played 1 qtr.

I can tell the difference because I played my franchise game that I had started a few times, but got frustrated because San Fran QB didn't miss a pass the whole first quarter and I couldn't get pressure.

Same game but with the Pro settings and full cpu A.I, he actually missed passes, I got sacks and I got pressure.
I also fumbled with A.P which lead to their QB improving his play on the drive and my D were a little puffed and he drove the field on my tired D.

This is an awesome find, but it's no good if only 12 realise it.

Running was a bit up & down, I just don't think I read the blocks well.

I prefer the pocket passing style, so I will go do some Madden moments to see if the passing is as sweet as the rest that I have found.
