Roster and Ratings Discussion: New York Jets

Hey guys, we are going to use this thread as the catch all New York Jets roster and ratings discussion. Got a problem with a guy being rated too high or too low, this is the place to speak your mind, but please keep it clean. If there is a guy on your team that’s not in the game, feel free to post that in here as well.

When you bring your argument, make sure you bring stats and provide as much reasoning as possible. Rating s Czar Donny Moore will be stopping by this thread from time to time, so your voice will actually be heard by the guy in charge of making all of the roster and ratings decisions for Madden NFL 10. Make it worthwhile.

Please fix Vernon Gholdston. We all know he isn't the best football player but if nothing else the man is a great athlete.

There are ways to make him a mediocre player without taking away his speed and agility. Remember that even last year when he wasn't making plays on defense he was a force on special teams. I at least want him making a bunch of takles on my kickoff team.

I really think Stuckey should be put up a couple points. He held off Clowney and got the number 2 job. Overall 69-70.
Compare Keller's stats to other tight ends last year. He is very similar to Heath Miller who is an 88. I know different offenses but Keller only started like 6 games and had a broken armed Favre towards the end of the season. Overall should be 80-82.

Lowery doesn't need a ratings boost. He lost his job last year. This year he has looked ok but hasn't really challenged Lito for the starting job.

Leon should be a 85, speed 98, he's too quick. Stuckey should at least be 75 OVR. Have u wtched him in pre-season. Clowney can be boosted a lil bit, jus because of his height. Lowery should be boosteed, he's pretty decent. And MArk sanchez has proved he's better than stafford. Boosts in Awareness and Throw Power. He should be at least 80 OVR>

hopefully they can get sanchez's face/ form down for the next update

Clowney's run route rating should be increased. He runs quick fast routes..he just drops the ball a lot. Or so they say

David Harris will lead the Jets in tackles this year. Yet he's rated a 73 or something.. can't remember... it's the only Jet rating I have a big problem with. Yea, and Keller is pretty dam good too!
