Starting LG Nate Livings is rated significantly worse than his back up Evan Mathis (who might not even make final cuts). He started the last six games last season and allowed only half a sack with no penalties called on him. His rating needs improved, to about the 72 range.

Rey Muauluga is a LOLB, not MLB, Dhani Jones will start at MLB.

S Castille was cut before training camp started.

Bengals will likely go with 2 FB's; Jeremi Johnson and Fui Vakapuna, and only 2 TE's; Daniel Coats and Chase Coffman.

It would be cool if you added the LS, Brad St Louis.

It's Chinedum Ndukwe, not Nedu.

The Bengals D is under rated. They finished 12 in the NFL and EA has them rated as one of the worse.
- In the off season they got healty (return of K Rivers, R Geathers, J Joseph, and a healthy Odom), they earned the 12th overall D with numerous starters injured and scrubs playing.
- Added some new talent like Rey M, Roy Williams, Michael Johnson, and Tank Johnson.
- They were always on the field because the O was so bad. Which is critical to remember because the best D is an offense that controls the clock, and keeps the D on the bench and well rested.
- With the return of Carson Palmer and a rebuilt O-line the O should be able to better control the clock and help the D.

Those points all add up to an under rated Bengals D in Madden 10. I am not saying they should be rated as one of the best, but some where around 12th overall, like how they finished last year.

Brandon Johnson needs a huge ratings boost. He started 9 games last year at ROLB after Keith Rivers got injured. He was third on the Bengals with 83 tackles in only 9 games as starter. He also had 2 interceptions and 1.5 sacks. Ranked second in QB hurries (10) and tied for second in tackles-for-loss (five) … Ranked fourth in passes defensed (seven) … In five of his nine games as a starter, either led team in tackles or tied for lead.

He is a quality LB and would likely start on most teams. He needs a significant boost from his current 55 rating. I believe he has proven he is worthy of at least a low 70's rating.

Leon Hall and Jonathan Joseph Need a ratings boost. They are one of the best young CB tandems in the league.

First, Leon Hall - Bengals first-round draft pick in ’07 has established himself as a key defender … Leads team in INTs (eight) and passes defensed (37) over his two campaigns … Posted team-best totals of 26 passes defensed and three INTs last season … Made all three of his INTs on Dec. 21 at Cleveland, tying Bengals game record and scoring on a 50-yard return … Had 12 more passes defensed than the second-place Bengal (Johnathan Joseph, 14) … Led DBs in tackles (84) for the second straight year, and also had a fumble recovery and five special-teams tackles. I think he should be rated about 84 OVR. I would say higher than this because his stats are virtually the same as Darrelle Revis's (93* OVR) But I have seen Hall get beat deep on multiple occasions. So I wont give him as much as Revis.

Now, Jonathan Joseph - Despite Missing time due to injury he still had 42 tackles and 14 passes defensed with 1 INT. His injury rating shouldn't be too high but he should get a decent rating boost to at least 81-82 area.

Here is a video of Morgan Trent running down Percy Harvin, his speed needs a serious boost from his current 82 speed http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JybFWy9_-Pk

And here are the pre-season stats through 3 games WR Chris Henry 13rec 217yds 3tds thats 1 per game 16.7 yds per catch WR Chad Ochocinco 6rec 151yds 25.2yds per catch, they deserve a rating boost too

PRETTY PLEASE! And bump up Henry's rating, he's owning the preseason and apparently is showing a lot more work ethic. Bernard Scott also needs a bit of a bump. I've watched him play and he looks really good. And please fix Ndukwe's first name. Chidenum! IT's CHINENUM! Fix Leon Hall's overall at least. He's a beast yet only 77? I say maybe best player on defense

Please check out Nate Livings. No way a starter in the NFL could be rated that low.

Also, Rey M will most likely start week 1, if you watch Hard Knocks the coaches sound like he will be starting.

I really how Maualuga starts. I hate Jeanty and I love the plays Maualuga made in college

Im a giants fan (but my gf is a Bengals fan) and i watch the bengals all the time....Honestly the bengals are very underrated especally on defense. Leon Hall and Jonathan Joseph are two very talent corners. I think it was leon hall who shut down plaxico burress in the giants vs bengals game. The Bengals even shut down the Giants running game in that game too. The offensive line has their problems but that too rate a starting lineman a 58 overall is ridiculous (Winston Justice of the Eagles gave up 6 sacks in a game too Osi Umenyiora and hes a mid 70 overall).

Bengals definetly need a boost, they shouldnt be rated near the Detroit Lions overall.
