Roster and Ratings Discussion: Houston Texans

Hey guys, we are going to use this thread as the catch all Houston Texans roster and ratings discussion. Got a problem with a guy being rated too high or too low, this is the place to speak your mind, but please keep it clean. If there is a guy on your team that’s not in the game, feel free to post that in here as well.

When you bring your argument, make sure you bring stats and provide as much reasoning as possible. Rating s Czar Donny Moore will be stopping by this thread from time to time, so your voice will actually be heard by the guy in charge of making all of the roster and ratings decisions for Madden NFL 10. Make it worthwhile.

steve slaton needs boosted to 99 in every statistical category! ..only kidding, but the texans seem pretty good to me where they are at!

Fix there secoundary! The saftys should be beter than that look at there last years stats! and Cato June a 69!!!!!!!! he should be like an 78 or an 80 and steve slaton cant do nuthin online he gets hit in tha backfield everytime! i know the o-line did good last year why are they so low????

Those were my first thoughts too!

Actually they need to remove Cato June he is out for the season with an injury.

Schaub needs to be higher than at least the rookie QBs in the game. I feel he got a little shafted.

The Texans O line is not good but that doesnt mean Slaton shouldnt be able to get out of the back field

Not really a Texans fan but can you guys put Jeremiah Johnson RB in the game since I am a Oregon fan. I don't believe he is in the game cause I haven't seen him anywhere.

most impotantly the o line in years past true they sucked but last year as a unit the excelled slaton and co didnt do it all, the trenches put a lot or work in. caveman aka eric winston is a stud pitts has been consistent and from what i have seen and what the say duane brown is way better than last year but is what 3 points higher and with joe gibbs coaching that should add about 5 points overall to the whole line show us texans some luv

Schaub (sp?) should be like an 84. he is great

Can you PLEASE change Steve Slaton's height to 5'9" and his weight to 215 pounds thanks.

If you post on this forum you most be aware who is active players and who isn't first off. I get Cato may have been active at time of post but he is no longer and the rating increase isnt neccasary. He played in some big games and has only had like one great game. He's talented yes but Xavier is younger and potentail out of this world. If any backer needs improvement its chaun. Great pro.

Zac Diles moving back to weakside linebacker and starting over Xavier Adibi. Also, if he's not already in the game, add John Busing and give him a fairly decent rating. Granted it was preseason and was playing with and against 2nd stringers, the man has been all over the field making plays on defense and ST.
