Mine works fine! I just finished up my 60 day challenge. I know a few others that are using it without problems either. What problems are you having? Have you asked for help from the knowledgeable users on this forum before? Post your questions in the General or Help and Feedback pages and I'm sure you will get some help.

I love these EA Active games. Thank you so much for making them. It has helped me so much. I recently just learned about it. I don't think it was advertised enough when it first came out.
