If you get
KICK OUT OR LOST CONNECTION FROM EA/DICE

REMOVE THE Punkbuster

Then go to Program files/Electronic Arts/Battlefied Bad Company 2/pb

MANUALLY DELETE the file pb (some hidding files are still in there or Folder is corrupted, must be delete, you never know)

Install the Pd again with FRESH FOLDER

Restart your computers to take effect since it's a internet connection.

Good Luck
Delete the folder then install again it will fix the problem 100%!

Go to support.ea.com and log in with your EA account...
Then send the guys a mail with a picture of the game and the receipt, telling them that your key is invalid.

You can also go to support.ea.com/chat to talk live with a support guy from EA.

Shouldn't be a problem
I had the same problem a couple years back with Half Life 2 (Okay that was Valve and not EA) and they sent me a new key in a couple of hours :]

After reading a lot of this stuff, I solved my problem of getting disconnected by changing the TCP time to 30 in regedit after finding out how to do it by binging "chang TCP time"

I also found the ports for the pc version of the game by binging that and went into the router and port forwarding section and entered that too.

I played 30 minutes before I had to go out and cut the grass without losing the connection!

Thanks Y'all!

Feel free to e-mail me at clemhallmann@gmail.com if you have any specifiec questions

Have to say this not finding any servers problem is really getting me down.

I have owned this game almost 2 months and ive only had 1 proper evening of playing. I have tried multiple times to play but cannot find any servers each and every time.

ive done alot of suggestions in various threads but still nothing even tried re-installing the game AND trying to connect wih my firewall off...

No.. they are not.. for it is our input that assists EA/DICE to help to fix and control future issues and problems that arise.. your words are not kind and you should consider changing your statement... PS: did you make sure your PC requirements for proper game play meet up with the specs?

I got BC2 a few weeks ago i instaled it evrything was fine but when i try to play multiplayer it connects but no servers show up and when i try the "PLAY NOW" it dosen't find anything. I spended 30$ for this game to play online, the campaign is fine but i prefer online. If i knew about this before i could have gotten better working games. I watched lot's of multiplayer gameplay videos so i thought "hey this looks like a good game" but until today it isn't. so EA either fix this or no one will buy your "awsome games". and also EA and DICE 2 things: 1.Fix the stupid problem and 2.Make new maps.

Yes hi.

I just recently purchased Bad Company 2 pretty much for the multiplayer only. I have installed the game and gotten patch updates when trying to start up. When I try to get into a multiplayer game, no servers show up. This is really an unfortunate thing as again I purchased the game only for multiplayer. I feel the developer/support company needs to respond to this this in some way (compensation or fix) as it is careless and irresponsible.

That being said, does anyone know how to fix it?

Edit: My version is 553292. Very disappointed in this purchase.
