Murcielago, Pagani, and Bugatti, but i'm just nitpicking.
Ferrari could just be being selfish and not letting their cars be modded by the public, but I can kinda see why. They don't want to see their cars ruined by poor design choices like a 3 foot spoiler, a hood that doesn't fit the body style, things of that nature. They have a valid reason, even though its not fair to the rest of us, but we'll just have to suck it up until they come around. HOPEFULLY they'll see that its track racing, hoefully LeMans style, and they'll let EA put them in.

Who is the leader of the NFS project? We hold him hostage and make our demands? Thats always an option...

sarcross i'll bring the rifles, you get ammo and we'll find him
also, I'm sure a lot of other cars are done with caution like or almost like ferrari vehicles are, but Ferrari is still..well i'd hate to say it, but, retarded. They would even gain money if they let EA use their cars ingame! If i were them i would let Ea do it, and not play NFS if i dont like the body kits on ferrari lol
another thing, sarcross Ferrari would let their cars in even if it was illegal road racing. Not just legal track racing like on SHIFT...AS LONG AS There is no modding or unrealism like pimping out your golf enough to beat a ferrari on racing...Thats why EA should mix both road, street, and track racing into one game, and divide cars into classes, where some can be modyfied and some not. Each type of racing should have a story-mode where you'd had to compete to unlock more cars, customizations, and race courses. If anyone has bought WWE - Legends of Wrestlemania you could see where this idea is from - it had 3 types of storymode. I'd make road racing be a simple pick your car, and compete in tournaments on roads over beautiful landscapes. Street racing should be similar to undercover/underground (the storyline), and track racing should have a career mode!
That way we could have all the cars we want, all types of racing, a career and storymode, as well as normal road racing like on nfs1-nfs6.Everyone would be satisfied, and everyone would buy this game!

except for the fact that it would only come out for PS3 because you would need a blu-ray disk to hold all that infomtion

not realy, outlaw. You have extended dvds, as well as, if you remember, there were games on more than one CD back in the days before DVDs came out...so i think it would be possible to put it all on 2 dvds or so.
Either way, I just stated what would be the best thing to do, not what they should do asap.

Why take the CEO of EA, or the project manager of NFS S.hift hostage? Why would that effect Ferrari's decision? Try aiming closer to home, or Italy in this case. Not that I'm saying kidnapping is good.

I believe Sumo Digital/Sega had to get the modded Ferraris they designed approved by Ferrari for use in Outrun 2006 Coast 2 Coast, even though the mods were ficticious!

Okay now someone, I believe it was SSJ, said that Ferrari would never allow anyone to modify one of it's cars. Especially visually. Now we did come to a consensus that Ferrari doesn't really get a choice in real life. You buy the car, you own the car, you can do what you damn well feel like to the car.
Now the basic response from SSJ, and I paraphrase here, was that anyone who put on a set of Underground style ick factor mature subject matter bumpers on to a Ferrari was to be dragged out into the street, shot, drawn and quartered, and then defecated on. To put it bluntly.
Well, Project M has released a set of webisodes (ya know, episodes but found on the net and occasionally ondemand television programming and DVDs) to show off the development of their latest car. But wait, what's under the hood? What did they use for the frame? What's the drivetrain stolen from? Well, as we all obviously guessed it based on the thread name...
...
...
...
...it's a FERRARI!
And for those interested in seeing the webisodes...

Just go there...
Take that pooper scooper columbo!

I don't know if you read the "Forum Rules" topic, but it said no launching ICBM's at Jussi, since they aren't used on him...
I still think its part EA for not giving them the full details, setting down ground rules, and working to get the license.
