1) Presentation - I'd do my own evaluation on this, but honestly there's no need. It's been covered by a million people, so again, the following was taken from the Jess Stewarts list.

Team specific entrances. Some the come to mind immediately are: ND's touching of the "Play Like a Champion Today" sign and Clemson's touching of Howard Rock. How about a generic entrance where the players rush out of the tunnel and you let us set some music? How easy would that be!? Just give us something because fast forwarding to the coin toss is about as stale as it gets. Currently we get a great shot of the stadium, they look lovely. But where's the "wow" factor in that? Oh man look at this greatly designed stadium, it really pumps me up for the game. Here you can see what these generic entrances could be like.

Pregame information. Give us a little information on the game at hand. Show a couple impact players on each team with a stat overlay and we're all good.

Halftime highlights. Could we get some stats with a little discussion on the game and a "play of the half" segment? Have one of the commentators talk about the game a little to recap what happened.

In-game information. I would love to see the ESPN bottom line utilized as scores of other games in our Dynasty would scroll across the screen. Wasn't this in a NCAA game before? More stat overlays would also be a great welcome and I think a page can be taken out of 2K's basketball series. The stats could be added very subtly on the bottom of the screen.

Post game highlights. Improvement on the current post game system would be a nice addition. Bring back the cut scenes of coaches shaking hands and players celebrating and pouting. Put some weight on the game matchups and if a big upset happens have the crowd go nuts and have commentary on the importance of the upset for the underdog.

As an addition, can we finally see some players, coaches, and refs on the sidelines? I?m sick and tired of looking at the horrible attempt at sideline interaction. Give us some realistic player models on the sidelines, some coaches and refs, and some sideline interaction.

Bring back the chain gang. They had this on Sega Genesis, why isn?t it in the Next Gen games?

Progressive lighting was in 08 and I read why it wasn't in 09. While I personally would've introduce the whole new lighting in 2010, I won't complain as long as it's in 2010 going forward, and is done correctly, according to time zone and time of year.

When you call a time out, the camera should zoom out and rotate to a high press box view, and show 2-3 water boys/girl running to the huddle to issue the players water, as well as the QB jogging to the sideline to meet with the coach. Once QB reaches sideline, camera should cut to a sideline view of coach and QB talking. (you should still be able to pick a play before the QB makes it to the sideline, as these views will now serve as the time out playcall screen view) Once you've selected your play, the QB and any sub players, should run back to the huddle, water boys/girl run off the field 2-3 second delay, and break the huddle. All while the camera reverses back (zoom in and rotate) to the original offense pre-snap view.

Post game should show media and teams empty on to the field to shake hands from the press box view, and the fans that are still left, leaving the stadium. **View highlights and game changing performance should be user optional to view.**

Progressive weather i.e. snow/rain on and off, overcast with early, mid game, and/or late rain, or partly sunny turning to cloudy. You get the point. A variation of weather effects.

The commentary needs a complete overhaul. I?m tired of the same old same old. With as much memory as the Blu-Ray disk has, there should be a lot more commentary added.

More applicable player celebrations. Put some emotion in the game please. Seriously, it?s College Football. Watch it, and put it in the game. Put fights and scuffles before, during, and after heated games or rivalries. If there?s an upset, allow the crowd to rush the field. Speaking of fans, make them more realistic. One things that?s been missing in the and one thing that made this game great was the crowd noise bar that was implemented in old gen games. You know, the one that shook the screen and made it feel as if your crowd actually had an effect on the game? It was great, and it should have never been taken out of the game. You?re EA Sports, you can do this. You have the power and the money. Now it?s time to put in the time and effort.

2) Improved Cosmetics: Athletic gear and Football Fields - You have the Nike, Under Armor, and Addidas licenses. Take the time and actually use it. Player editing should have way more options. Every player shouldn?t wear the same cleats. Give us diversity in cleat selection and colors. Speed players where cleats that are built for speed, there?s also cleats for linebackers, and lineman. Put these in the game. This year, I wanna see the Nike Speed TD?s and Vapor Jet 4.2?s, and Nike Superbads. I don?t wanna see every single player in the with the same exact cleat in the same exact color. That?s lazy. Again, these are next gen systems, harness the power. Take a look at teams like Oregon, Cal, UF, WV, etc, and the varying cleats in varying colors the players wear. Put it in the game please. It?s desperately needed.

Give us more option as far as arm bands are concerned. There?s more places to wear Nike arm bands and such other than around your elbows, and on your wrist. Many players wear them around there calfs, on there upper arms, etc. Also, give us the Nike sports gear as far as compression gear is concerned. Give us varying lengths and designs of compression gear as well. Many players wear short sleeve compression shirts that come out right under the shoulder pads like a T-Shirt, not all compression shirts are long sleeved. Single arm sleeves - more and more kids are going to the AI look. Put these options in the game.

Add eyepaint and eyestrips, Nike Chin shields, mouthpieces, hand towels and rags, hand warmers, spatz, knee braces, etc. As far as hair goes, add dreadlocks and long hair, etc. Also, give us a sock slider. There?s so many possibilities, and so much you can do with these players due to the power of these systems. Just put some effort into it. Players where there socks in so many different ways it?s crazy not to have a sock slider. Seriously.

Revolution Helmets have become the primary Helmets in the NCAA. There?s a few helmet options, but a lot more need to be added. You?re missing a lot, and considering Revolution Helmets have become a big part of the game, they need to be added.

As far as Jerseys are concerned, we need more options. Many teams have a lot more than a single alternate Jersey. For example, Oregon, WV, Cal, and TT. Teams have various Jerseys, put them in the game. Like I said, you have the license to Nike, Under Armor, and Addidas athletic gear, use it. Also, don?t just add the jerseys, get the colors right. The teams colors need to be richer and deeper, a lot of teams jerseys look pale. Give us a much wider selection of Jerseys.

All In all, a plethora of player options that need to be added. You have the license, just use it.

Football Fields. As far as the football fields are concerned, lets implement correct field colors and textures. Turf is turf, and grass is grass. Can you please make it so we can tell the difference? You remember back when Madden had 3D grass? Well, can you put it in NCAA? Also, lets get some field degradation. Fields get torn up a little after games, put this in the game. When it rains, lets see puddles form in places in the field. If it?s raining, the field should be muddy and torn up, it shouldn?t be perfect as if nobody played on it. When it snows, lets see actual footprints and such. Etc, etc, etc.

In my opinion I wish they would worry more about the AI, and the AI play calling in Campus Legend before they worry about what color the players' shoelaces are.

I agree with rec hs Jr'S HECK OHIO STATE has signed soph before also but sr's and jr's would be good. I would like to see jucos listed seperately and it should show how much eligibility they have left.

I think having the under armor all american game would be cool. I'm not to concerned about recruiting juniors and sophomores, recruiting each week takes up more than enough time as it is. There is so much more EA tiburon needs to get right first.

I agree with most of these ideas, but I would really like there to be spring games in the 2011 version.

They had the spring game a couple years back. It was cool, but without formation subs you had offensive players on defense and defensive players on offense. I think having a spring game is a must have.

Recruiting already takes a lot of time, granted it's a large part of college football. Therefore I think it's fair to include JUNIORS only (since they're the only ones that can be offered) and have just scholarship offers available. There could be a list of juniors just like now, without star ratings, just specs and stats, with the ability to offer them, not actually recruit though. As they transition to offseason, then they're available to full-on recruit.

Spring Game is also pretty important I feel.

I totally forgot about jucos. It doesn't tell us if a player is a juco sophmore or juco junior. I'd recruit a juco sophomore but wouldn't waste my team with a junior. So I usually don't waste my time cuz I have no idea knowing what they are. EA needs to do something to let us know how many years of eligibility they have left.

I'll put these in order of need/preference.

1. Gameplay: the most obvious part of the experience. Needs refined in the same manner Madden looks to be refining their game this year. Everything about how a college football game should feel ought to be addressed.

2. Presentation: with nothing done this year, this is one of the most lacking areas of the game. College needs students sections, rowdy fans, a true gameday-esque pregame, and so forth. The essence of the college game lies within how it is presented, its fans, and the details.

3. Refining current game modes: I say this to counter adding NEW game modes that aren't all that necessary. Dynasty, Campus Legend (or whatever it may be now), and including Teambuilder. That has a lot of potential to be a real powerful tool, and the first iteration is impressive, but it lacks certain key features. I haven't played this year's Dynasty and CL yet, so I can't comment on how to further improve them, but I'm sure there will be improvements to be made.

4. Graphical improvements/additions including weather effects, models, etc: they players should feel attached and interacting with the field of play. The lack of this is one of the most prevalent graphical glitches, as it were. Footprints in the snow, running through mud, rain, and puddles, and unique grass conditions versus playing on artificial surfaces are pretty important to the game. They create an obstacle in which usually teams must alter their gameplan around. And never does a field stay perfect in terms of condition as a game and season go on. The crowd could also use a makeover of sorts, including student sections and new models.

5. Addition of FCS schools: While the college bastketball titles can include some 347 D-I teams, I think it is only inevitable that the football title be able to expand and include the 130 FCS schools. Obviously there are discrepancies in roster sizes between the two sports, and that is likely one of the barriers (along with having to fashion most, if not all, of those stadiums), I believe the eventual addition is needed. This is a low-priority item and should be constructed over time until all the schools are completed.

I would like to see coaching changes like they had in College hoops 2kwhatever and that they now have in College Basketball 2009. If you what to make yourself the head coach you should be about to hire assistance and create assistance. older coaches should retire, team should fire coaches. coaches should move to other schools. your assistant coaches should get job offers. Also bring the all of the FCS schools. Make it where you can start with what ever team you want or where you have to start with a small school and work your way up. Should have both options. Put in the real coaches and there records and stats. I know this can be done.

TV Presentation: What i would like to see is More sets of announcers have some of the people who do more regional stuff. or just have a few extras from the ESPN/ABC team, Give us a SportCenter or College Gameday type of show.

Celebrations: have for bowl games the confeti (horrible speller) gun fire off a trophy presentation gatorade shower etc., After a big upset lets see the crowd rush the field go after the goal posts.

Pregame/Postgame: have a show w/ highlights matchups live look ins on the pregame speech. Have team entrances, do a similar thing you did with the band and if the teams want to send you a their intro video, and for teams that don't have one just take old highlights and make all the other teams a generic intro video and a tape of the team entrance then wow you have some sick entrances. and same with the entrance watch a game or two during the season and make a genric one for those teams you can have generic music from NFL films or w/e and let us import the music to go with

Make the fans realistic, along with coaches players equipmnet staff water boys refs etc on the sidelines

I know we have team builder but put in custom jerseys in the game not online or online if thats the only way. Make it so you can start off w/ your teams jersey and just add colors or do an overhaul and make a new design

Put in all the Nike UA Adidas shoes and accesories

AD MODE INSIDE DYNASTY: Facilities upgrades hire/fire coaches creat asst. coaches new stadium/stadium renavations. Non-Con contracts yrs in advance, buyouts for games you scheduled want out of. tv contracts fund raising money is a big part of the college game.

if 2-3 of these ever happen i'd be extatic

i'd also add all the FCS and some D2 schools for non-con, Also be able to do a dynasty for the FCS schools

I hope ea opens thier ears and listens to "if it's in the game, it's in the game". Heres a list of things that should definately be IN THE GAME!!!!!

#1. Presentation- The game doesn't feel like Saturday morning when I'm watching my tv on espn or abc for that matter... Even the older ncaa installments had a better collegiate atmosphere than they do now. We need to see big stadiums and hear better stadium sounds... Custom stadium sounds are nice but make it sound like its actually from the stadium ya know and the players shouldn't look 3 times bigger than the fans. It looks like the players can almost jump out of the stadium. The lighting could have more of a 12 o'clock sunny look than just bright outside.. There's a racing game from EA in which the skys would be perfect for Ncaa.. It would bring more realism to the stadium and game. Please gives us the actual score card that is displayed on TV. Lets get as close to Television presentation as we can... NEW CAMERA ANGELS!!!! You guys get the point!!

#2. Customization- GAMEBREAKER 2004!!! The sock legnth, cleat color, spats, hand towels, arm bands, knee support and ect!!!! I play as the Florida Gators... Brandon James wears his socks very high but his pants are above his knee... He also wears knee supporters and his spats are tightly held to his ankle... Ncaa does not have any of the customizations in any installment.. It's in the game. Our spats are very bulky and looks like two socks folded over the cleats. The socks alson are pasted to the players legs.. Fifa 09's players for instance, they have nice socks and cleats to compliment them... PLEASE, use their sock and cleat system with better models of our players... I'm pretty sure with all the improvements we've made so far, we should be far ahead of Gamebreaker 2004 but, it seems they have incorporated all the customization that is actually on the field and resembles our players. WE CAN DO IT!

#3. Gameplay- Ncaa has come a long way on this BUT, we're being lazy! Running styles needs much improvement.. Our players run like their in the marching band, lol! Great Job on the improvments in 10 but I know we can do better.

Over all the way the game looks and feels to me and consumers are the main thing that we(or you) should work on. Collegiate football is high flying and exciting and happens on the best day of the week Saturday...(dont get smart) It should feel that way... We are not the LITTLE BROTHER OF MADDEN!!! WE ARE MUCH MORE EXCITING!!!
