I bought the game and registered. I claimed my points and the town then for a few days it worked. then i tried to log in and it wouldn't let me so i had my info emailed back to me and i tried to sign in and it worked but when i tried to download other sims it said that my account wasnt verified so i enter all the information then it said that my code was already used. I tried reentering it many times and it always comes out the same. How can i fix this?

From the Launcher I click to play everything loads fine until I get to the part where you click on your saved game to play. Well.... I click on my saved game and it starts to load but then it just exists out of the game completely. I have tried it numerous times but still won't work. Can anyone help.

Please PM me your CD Key and the email address you used to register this account and I will investigate the issue. Are you able to logon to the Sims 3 website with your game login information?

What is going on!!!!!! I just want to be able to Log in and maybe share some things I have created but I guess not!!!! This makes me not want to play at ALL, I never had these kinds of problems before. What is the DEAL.

I am encountering the exact same problem with the above poster. I get the same error upon trying to login on the launcher. I have used the launcher countless times to upload things, but today I just can't login.
I have deleted the temp files from both my internet browsers and I don't know what else to do. I am able to login on the sims3 website.
Some help would be appreciated.

I just opened the launcher and it let me log on, no error message this time. Weird!!!!!

I am having the same problem that I can not log onto my sims3 account

In June, I made an account and it worked for about a week. Later, it started to say that the account did not exist. I then made a new account with the same email adress and I was able to log on. However, when I went to register my game, it said that it was already in use, because I used the same code on my original account. Now I cannot download anything from the game or the store.

i want a sims 3 account but i have already got one but i forgot my password and when i go on "i forgot my password" it dont work so then i try to make another account but i cant because i hav already got one.

If you are having problems with The Sims 3 Launcher, I suggest you try clearing your browser's cache and deleting the Windows Temporary files. You may find this FAQ articles helpful:

I posted my story a few comments up on how I cannot buy or download anything from the exchange or the store, if anyone knows how I can get a new serial code to register my game I would really appreciate it.

You can purchase a new serial code from our warranty department, http://warrantyinfo.ea.com/

I don't think that is totally necessary though. Have you opened up a support ticket about your problem?

I tried to email them and you have to do a sort of sign in thing first that asks for your user name and password and when I type everything in, it says that it is wrong, but I used the same username and password to log in a minute before that. I tried that several times and it still says it is wrong

Try to clear your browser cache and temporoary internet files. If it is still not working then try from another browser. You may also want to remove your Windows Temp files. Take a look at this FAQ for instructions on how to do that:

Im having a problem registering with The Sims 3 community.. I fill out all the information, then click 'SIGN UP' but it just takes me back to the page. I've tried clearing my history and removing all the temporary files, and it seems not to work every time. Please help
