Guys, you overlook at lot of factors.

You wish something, but you don't see the problems.

There's no time to re-develope it for the PS3, the Developemtn Team is working on World Online, also the support for The Run and the concept plans for the next NFS in 2013, in 2012 CG will release a NFS.

The PS3 came out after NFS Most Wanted has been released, and the Team was already working on NFS Carbon.Yes, the team was split, because both games had two years of development.

There's too much affort and many other problems.

Great news everyone! As it was clear that we all wanted NFS: Most Wanted for PS3 and we GOT IT! PSN released the standard edition of the PS2 version of the game on the PS3 as a "PS2 Classic". The game costs £7.99 and is 3.5GB. It's the exact same game with nothing changed at all so the graphics you may feel are a bit stretchy or pixelated but if you love the game then it's no concern. Also... I noticed the multiplayer/split-screen option is still available. US may get delayed release but it's already available to the UK PS3ers.
