Everything I've seen only says "demo Oct. 26th". No hints as to what platforms the demo will be available on. I would hope that it's available on all, including pc, since it hasn't said "demo xbox and ps3".

If there's no demo for the PC, I'll be crushed.

No PC demo, only for the consoles.

Also look like there no support for a wheel.

Supported Peripherals: Keyboard, joystick optional (Xbox 360® Controller for Windows recommended)

All PC racing game these days should have support for a racing wheel!!

My 2 year old laptop can play this. I think i'd rather play this on PS3 though.

Me too... This game is well optimized for consoles and so no special or significantly recognizable graphics bonus expected for PC release. I will play on PS3. Criterion games allways squeezed maximum from console hardware in the past so I except the same this time.

This looks like the same requirement for World, at least in my (limited) experience. I ran World just fine as long as the graphics was set to medium or lower. Granted, i know the point is to have optimal graphics, but meh, i just want to play the game.

Hey, why complain about low specs, game needs to be great , that's all! The old MW was a great game and it had good graphics too, so hey console guys , are you enjoying the game?

I have a super powered machine (940BE @3.3, 8GB DDR2 and a GTX295), yet NFSWorld refuses to keep a consistent frame rate (yes, it can stay at 60, but it has a habit of dropping to 20s), which seems rather unacceptable... on top of it, that's at medium settings. Furthermore it was perfectly fine (340fps, max settings) prior to official release. What the hell was that?

I'm hoping I don't see the same on HP-2010. This is a game I've been itching for the last few months ever since I got wind of it. I'm a big fan of '98's Hot Pursuit (which I am still playing).

I'm mainly getting this for PC since I want to play online (What, Autolog's supposed to be a big deal), since my two consoles (yes I have them both) are not internet-able at present.

Gotta say, the only things so far I could ask for more in HP-2010 is a soundtrack by Romolo Di Prisco and in-car view...

I think ,your problem is more related to network than to hardware...

FRAME RATE, not latency, read.

The last BC2 update also @#$%ed my frame rate with it - from 70s (all high, no HBAO, 4xAA) to now a struggling 35s with shadows on low. What's with games lately and @#$%ing their own performance with updates that are meant to optimize them?

CAPTCHA: problems surfaces
Oh how appropiate.
