The Masters

What did anyone think of today's event? When I jumped on E par was 25th place. I manged -5. That last hole was a challenge. I had a 3ft bogey putt so I was close to par. I got birdie on the firestone par 3 (tee shot to 3ft) and Eagle on the Par 5 13th those were my round highlights.

Its my favorite Hole in the game & I will go out on a limb & say its probably everyone's(majority) favorite Hole.

How about we have one Extreme of 18 holes of Sawgrass 17 with the wind high and in different directions. I'll bring my bag full of irons and wedges, and at the end we can retire that hole from the Extreme.

Yeah, some of the same holes keep popping up in custom 18s. Don't get me wrong, they DESERVE to be there.. but the winds are often the same direction each time, just different speeds.

That Bethpage par 4 5th hole (I think its the 5th hole. whichever one isn't the par 5) was in two days in a row. The first day the wind was @ 5:45 20-22 mph or something like that. Today it was identical direction, just 15 mph. I learned from my mistake the day before and stuffed it to 3 feet today.

So frustrated right now. Sawgrass #16 was playing 48mph down wind today and I ended up lofting my club 100% loft and it ended up catching the end of the trees before the fairway... so I ended up in the trees 400yds away literally in the middle of all the trees. I managed only a triple bogey instead of an easy eagle opportunity I ended up +3 on that hole. Even if they dropped me where my ball landed I still easily get birdie.

Stole a couple from the field on the island 17th though. Had a 15ft birdie putt that I should have made

Ended up with par there. Instead of at worse -8 I ended up -4. I 3 putt the 18th due to being on tilt should have been -5 but should have been -9
