Hey ladies:

During some of the upper body exercise that alternate like the bicep curls and shoulder presses, I've been doing both arms at the same time so I get double the reps.

How have you been tweaking the game?

Just reached the halfway mark in the 30 day challenge and I feel great. I'm looking foward to the new exercises Bob talked about.

Hi Mellowdee, I haven't treaked any exercises in the game yet but i plan on doing it with the upper body exercises soon. I finally got the resistance bands the way I want them (I cut off the handle, they rubbed my hand when I pushed them back) but I'm not feeling the workout in my arms the way I want too, even though they are looking smaller.

I read and it works that if you get near the end of an exercise that you like you can push the + button and restart the exercise. It keeps your calorie count and lets you repeat the exercise. I enjoy the sports things so I wait until near the end and repeat them for a little extra exercise.

I also added 1 lb wrist and ankle weights. I doesn't sound like much weight but after a round of kick ups you can sure feel it!

Hey everyone! So glad to see you all hanging in there. I've had a few minor injuries (knee, ankle, back)...lol...so I had to take a few days off. Now I've been sick, so I think all of it was my body's way of saying slow down. Hopefully I'll be back at it tomorrow or Friday at the latest.

And Melody, I repeat the exercises to burn more calories by pushing the + and then restart exercise as 35047171 mentions. It helps me get in more calories, or if there's an exercise where my remote is not picking up my moves, I'll redo it. By doing this, you basically can increase the number of sets you do.

Wana, for the resistance band, I use 3, one of which I picked up at Target a few weeks ago. It has the same straps as the one that came with the game, but instead of the flimsy plastic, it's the tubes. I alternate between that and my regular one.

WOOHOO just finished my first 30 day challenge with levels between medium and high intensity. I would move to medium on the Wii Balance Board Days

I plan on starting it up again in next week or maybe in a couple of weeks but I know I'm going to do it again.

P.S. I HATE the Jump Squats and the Side to Side Squats or better yet my knees HATE them.

Hey there:

Finished my 3rd workout of my 2nd 30 day challenge today. I had to create something different for the legband because I was having so many problems with it and my workout (and squats) were much improved today.

Hey everyone! I've been MIA, but am back and ready to get at it. The doctor cleared me last week, so I plan to start another challenge before the holidays roll in. I've been doing various activities, just not the 30 day challenge portions. It's so good to be back.

Congrats to everyone, too. You ladies have been working it out!

I'm so excited about More Workouts coming out next week, I keep thinking about it. LOL.
