My issue is: When trying to load or upload new data to any online dynasty that I am associated with, I receive a "Dynasty Servers are currently unavailable" message.

I'm having to click "Try again" 5 to 10 times for the laoding/uploads to complete. This is not restricted to one online dynasty. I am still connected to XBox Live when this issue appears. I've experienced the issue from 12pm to 12:30am. I've seen that others have the same issue so I'm assuming that its not specific to me. I am using a cable internet connection (Downloads of 16Mbps, uploads of 2Mbps) that is hard wired through a Linksys router.

I have not had any connection issues with Xbox Live, only the message of "Dynasty Servers are currently unavailable".

If there is anything that I can do (router changes, clear cache in Xbox 360) please let me know.

My issue is: When advancing the online dynasty after all of the users have played their games, the next dynasty week displays that 8 of the 10 games that were played by user coaches were simulated.

This really causes us to lose our competitive edge and faith the online dynasty functionality.

Thats great that they are looking into this issue, but what about user vs user disconnects as well. It would seem that both of these problems would be tied into each other to a degree.

I have been trying for the past month and half to get somewhere with this problem, but the 2 times that I have called EA the reps have said that it is my ISP, then after 10 minutes of proving them otherwise they tell me it is the other person's ISP, and again 10 minutes of disproving this though, they tell me that since I only represent 1% of the people that are having problems with Online Dynasty User vs User games there isn't anything EA can do. Well I was not happy with that answer by any stretch so I took it one further and told them of link and members of the Utopia and Operation Sports Forums that have all had the same problems. They said that if I wanted the User vs User Disconnects to get any attention I would need to post something in the EA forums. Well I have tried for the past month and half to get someone to look at this issue. Then Adam Thompson from EA chimed in on the subject and mentioned that EA thought it was when users would go into practice mode prior to starting a user vs user online dynasty game. So the solution was to not go into practice mode before the start of a user vs user game. Well with some mixed results, this turns out to not be a complete fix to the problem. I just want to be able to enjoy the best part of this game and enjoy it with my friends as well.

I am in a dynasty with my friend money maker who is the comish and some more guys and i am telling you we are having major problems. we can not play our user versus user games. it will let the guy who sent the invite in and the other guy his whole game will frezze up I am also the commish of a dynasty and we are experiencing the same problems over there. Also i would like to add that we never got all there retry now or transfer failed to after the patch came out. before the patch we could go in no problem and had a few disconnects but never this bad. this mode is totally bad and has broke down tremendously. i am coach pat 1 gamer tag. This make no sence and think ea should come out and say we botched up again. I AM ALSO PLAYING ON A XBOX 360 Gamertag is coach pat 1. We also are experiencing 09 issues where guys get loses when they win all this is post patch. and i dont see the diference the patch made and in both dynasties we are customise conferences not teams

psusnoop the bottom line is that you were being lied to and pushed around like an old blind folded man. And i hate to say this but easports might have finally did it. They may have lost me as a customer with all of this crap. In the past 10 years i have only bought madden once. and nba live i have not bought one since like 97 when ewing and john starks were the rival of my boys the bulls and scottie pippen. I been hanging my hopes on ncaa football. looks like i might be going back to madden or hopefully some else might make a game. maybe black college football bfx xperience This is a mjor issue man dont let them fool you everyone is experiencing this and they know it.

WHile still having the same problem that is posted throughout this thread with the "Dynasty Server Unavailable" and "One file couldnt be downloaded" crap.....

Several teams in one of my ODs this week had the results of their Week 1 games and that week's worth of recruiting not advance to week 2. I noticed in week 2 while recruiting that none of the offers I had sent were saved, then come to find out this happened for over half of the users in the OD, and some results where they won the games, actually saw the game results on the Dynasty HQ screen, to advance and the game simmed those games over resulting in losses, in a couple cases

How does that get explained away?

I know that Pat1, I just want them to own up and fix it. I love this series, I just want a good product. They claim that you can play Online Dynasty, but in truth you can't. The product is flawed for a higher percentage of users then they are claiming.

To the guy above this post, always save your dynasty offline (the commish) prior to advancing that way if something like this occurs you can all play that week over and try it again. Otherwise your stuck with it.

Hey guys, the team made some changes last night that should help with some of the issues that you guys were seeing. If you are still running into issues, please let us know.

Thanx for the fixes. Already noticed a difference with dynasty invites. All my players were getting "Revoke" messages up until about 24 hours ago... since then all invites have went through and were not seeing any issues.

I'm having ALL THE SAME settings issues from before you guys fixed it. No changes are uploaded to server. Come on Justin, get this fixed!!

I can't believe this is still going on. This game has become completely useless to me and my friends since online is the only way we play. Get this resolved!!!! It is complete BS.

Is there any new word on the issue?

Severs seem to be ok now, but every online dynasty user game gets disconnected. I mean this is just ridiculous EA, will someone please step up.

I have had no issues with the retrieving files error (where u select retry or quit dynasty) and I have not rec'd that message of one or more files such and such. Nice work EA thanks for looking into this problem.

There still appears to be an issue with USER vs USER and I'm sure you are still working on it. I would also bet that the recent fixes had nothing to do with user vs user games and you were trying to solve those earlier problems before giving user vs user problems the attention that it so desperately needs. Am I correct? Please give us a quick one liner for an update on User vs User games in the online dynasties.

I am back from my 72 hour "Time Out" and it looks like it was well worth it and least I got someone's attention. Over the weekend I had little to no trouble with signing in and staying in and played a H2H game with no troubles.
