Are you referring to when you download the Unity program?

I just confirmed with the team that you can add your Game Face to your Virtual Pro at any point. Also, once the tool is back up and running, you can go back and edit/create a new face at any time if you are not happy with the one that you currently have.

So if I wanted to start a manager mode using a created player i should just go ahead and do it?
Can i definitely add a gameface midway through manager mode?

Yea, you can add your Game Face at any point once it is up and running again.

So at this time it is not possible to download your created gameface into the game? Because I created a gameface 2 day's ago, but today i tried to get the face into the game but then I get the message: There are no changes ....gameface... Go visit www.ea..... bla bla

That's correct. You will be able to download your face as soon as the team brings the Game Face tool back up. We'll update everyone as soon as it's up and working again.

Is there any estimate as to when we can expect this? Just a guide I understand it must be a big issue for you guys, but is it likely to be a matter of a day, 2-3days or weeks?
