I have the same problem,my skincolor is one color,and face another -.-

This is getting ridiculous...

Firstly, I am forced to buy a monthly gold xbox live account so I can download the gameface, and after I do it looks nothing like the one that is generated online.

Knowing my luck the problem will be sorted out just as my monthly subscription expires so I have to get another one!

I have no pictures of my problem but it is in the same ballpark as the others in this thread.

These are hilarious. Without knowing what you actually look like though i think your gameface is pretty awesome but i dont think you should have used the fake tan before you started your football career! lol

Makes me feel slightly better that i can't use gameface right now, i'd hate to finaly solve my gameface issue though to end up with some of these freaky looking things. Seems really odd to me (with gameface being designed for fifa and all) that this problem even exists... does testing not happen in EA? against your guys religion or something?

or they should make an option available for us to DELETE our gamefaces so we can play with the DEFAULT PLAYER.... but it appears that that is to much asked.... it really shouldent be that hard to make an option available for us to delete our gameface(s)............. now is it EA????????? cause now we are stuck with those pathetic looking gamefaces of our selves and we cant even delete it..... thats just a joke.........

eh yeah u can...just go into Saved Data Utility on the main window before the game starts and delete it the GameFace file thats in there

why isnt the game working like nothing i brought the game today all happy about it and it all doesnt work but im still okay about it :S

i had made a few game faces with the inbuilt webcam on my laptop.... looked awful. like the living dead. used my girlfriends fancy camera, took the photos to fit the requirements, and im very happy with the result.

Looks like my asian half-brother, but nothing like my PC Game Face. Eyes are horrible, eyebrows almost non-existent, skin tone is too pale although this seems to be a minor issue in my case compared to the others posted here...

I am very disappointed since I spent quite a lot of time experimenting with my PC Game Face and the new feature was one of the main reasons to buy Fifa 10...

Well basically the black martian virtual pro problem i was having has now gone (previously posted) and it is working great for me now, however, i'm having the same problem with downloading my gameface to my xbox 360.

I can't upload a screenshot of what my virtual pro looks like on my xbox 360 but i can guarentee to you that it isn't the image that you see below, created using the gameface creator. Here is my PC version which is very representative of me (however a little more pale than in the photo of the real me):





My gamertag is Falcon Rock on xbox 360. I do have an xbox gold account.

I tried a new game face and downloaded it to my 360 at roughly 0900hrs. The face i downloaded has turned my good gameface (above) in to a yellow skined, blurry mess. The skin tone also does not match that of my face in the photo. This is not the first time this has happened either.
