yep its sad as a GB fan that I feel bad for the Bears.. but Cutler IS talented.. but I cant put it on his WRs.. Knox was open man.. he missed him two times for TDs..

I think that was pretty classy of McNabb to talk to Cutler for awhile after the game. He was probably telling him to keep his head up and that he got booed too and that he's going to be fine. He didn't have to do that but I think that was good of him to.

it was a good, fun game to watch, albeit disappointing. I'm encouraged by what I see, and I hope that in the next year or two we can be contendors, as I'm positive by then we will have a solid team. Its safe to say we are now a rebuilding team, unfortunately without first day draft picks =(.
Hope fully with new coaching adjustments, better players, more veterans, and other things, next year will be better.
I'm also liking what I see from Zachary Bowman and Johnny Knox, playmakers, though they still need refinements
btw who was that kid from UCLA, Kahlil Bell, he looked decent, needs more carries

And to think, I was going to make a thread GUARANTEEING the Eagles would score no less than 40 points on us lol. Well, I was wrong about that (thank god). Bears gave a suprisingly good effort in this game. Cutler again is left in a game situation wher he has NO room for error though. Misses only a couple of passes and thats the difference in this ball game. Still, he DOES have to make those throws. Cutler played MOST of this game like he was afraid to make a mistake. Can't have him doing that, second guessing yourself will only make you play worse. And of course, his last second INT just makes it look even worse
Oh well, I look at it this way. Even if the Bears win these games and make the playoffs, whats the point? We are not good enough all around to make noise there. Its frustrating to feel that way about your team, but its the truth. Hopefully over the next 2 years we can start to put peices in place to help our QB look better.
