I tried to log on about 5 hours ago. I have tried about 10 since then and still haven't been able to connect. I choose the course and then the new window opens to load the game. When it gets to the black screen it says "connecting to game servers" but never does anything else. I have let this page stay open for more than 15 minutes to no avail.

Would be nice if there was some response from EA to all the reporting in 10 different areas of the forums. Apparently they have the cash and therefore feel they can take the weekend off? I'm sorry, I have reported this in a calm and professional manner at6:30 this morning....but as an annual paid member I feel we at least should have some commuication about what is being done to correct this. I have several members in my group..also paid members ... who dont have a 5-6 minute wait at all..and others who cant connect at all....what is going on EA?????

I agree - I love the game but the customer service and communication is awful. What's the point of having public forums if they aren't going to be used to communicate updates on the product to the customer? Especially when something of this nature occurs. The game isn't in beta anymore, and I've laid out my hard earned money for the game, so I expect answers.

Well I was going to ask if anyone had heard any news about what is going on and when we can expect it to be fixed but I think reading the last two posts pretty much sums it up.

Yeah it's really difficult to say. Talking to ea earlier today, it seems they have no time-frame of when it will be fixed mainly because they can't figure out how a majority of players can't log on to the game servers and then some can. I personally don't think it will even be working tomorrow mainly because tomorrow is the main promotional day for the masters and this game. People like to watch and play at the same time, so might not be till this week till it's fixed. Maybe if we pressure ea enough they'll try to fix it.

Had this same problem today.. then i finaly just started the game and waited 3 - 4 min, and the game loaded.. Its haveing a Hard time connecting to the server but if you wait long enough at the Connecting to Game server screen it should load..

Oh and when i got into the game i only noticed a verry verry little amout of lag or freezes.. Good Luck to you all...

Unreal, pay to play and still cant connect over 10 hours now. What the hell is going on or so hard to fix. You could have rebooted the Servers by now

Still unable to get in the game, gonna try some workarounds, ill report back if i get anything that helps.

The game is not loading for me.
I let it run a couple of times for more than 15 minutes and it does not get past the loading of the configuration files.

I have been trying since early morning with this issue.
i tried my comp., my laptop,and all my browers and none of them lets the game start.

Even re-installed unity player and restarted comp.several times along with clearing cache.

Nothing more i can do on my end.
Hoping atleast we will not lose our cut streak,mine is at 69,since we cannot play at all on Saturday!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I've heard from our engineers about this issue and they do know what the problem is and they are currently working to resolve the issue. However, the issue may not be resolved until Monday. I know this does not sound ideal, but we want to make sure the issue is fully resolved and that it doesn't effect more players than it already has since this appears to be effecting only some and not all players.

Additionally, the Dev team is asking anyone currently experiencing this issue to please send your login information to our PRIVATE MESSAGE INBOX. We naturally understand if players are skeptical about giving out that information and we completely understand. We are requesting the information so that when we find a resolution to the issue, we can test it using an account that is currently experiencing the issue to make sure that the fix works.

Again, if you are experiencing the issue and you do not feel comfortable with sending us your login info, that is perfectly fine but if you do wish to send it to us, please send it to either myself (EA_JonFoote) or EA_GregRinaldi's private message inbox (PLEASE DO NOT POST YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION ON THE FORUM).

I apologize for any inconvenience this is issue is causing and we hope to have it up as soon as possible and we thank all the members of the Tiger Woods Online community for your help and understanding.
