lucky, i'd at least like to get an error screen than NO response.

i want to have my custom graphics ingame! There is no luck in this....!

I believe that my EA Account is someway messed up because of my gamertag name change.... and i doubt it will be fixed soon..... i want to play with my logos and make videos and photos... but now i have to wait or i miss the good parts of the game with my logos in it!!!!
And i'm angry because it worked on the first day but back than i made only crapy graphics and now there in the hole freakin town!!!! I WANT GRAPHICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your account is actually messed up then you need to contact customer support. www.support.ea.com They are the only ones who can look into your account and link gamertags, etc.

This thread is specific to actual issues/errors when people do have a properly linked account.

yes i know. but it seems that everything is okay. From the game i can even upload vid's and photos... that's weied. But i have contacted the support already and hope that they will reply before the weekend..

Thanks anyway, i now it's hard to deal with those bugs and i really appreciate your help and that of the customer service. EA is still great compared to other companies!

BTW, I remember changing my gamertag name a while back and it took some time for the EA system to catch up to that change. Customer Support may be able to help with that but I can't remember if they told me to just wait or not...

wow this is lame. i'm having the same problem as all of you guys.....

i've tried opera and chrome. same problem for both. the send to game button is unclickable but lit up.

i tried on a different computer and when i clicked it it said "transferring data" at the bottom of the browser, but still nothing.

so what the heck is the problem? not cool.

I'm having a problem that's kind of different than this.

The site actually lets me upload the graphic and send it to game.

however, when I log into Skate 3, I don't see it anywhere.

and the graphics works fine for me, even after gettin the error that my graphic couldn't be sent to my game. i guess it takes a min. but i'm still havin other problems with my skate 3 game. i hope this had helped, now please check my other post and see if you could help me! thanks

EAReets works for EA and is one of the many EA employees looking into the issues Skate is having. Just be patient, wait a few days and be assured the team is on top of the problems.

I am having issues in game and on the site as well, so I understand, it is frustrating. I can assure you that the people at EA are working in over drive to get Skate. running smooth.

also i can't even get my graphic to show up in my content on the skate.ea page, although i can send replays from the game to the site.

He told me to go back here.
He also gave me view advices, but it still doesn't work.

Same here. I go to Edit Skater, use the Customizable T-Shirt, Add Logo, Team Logos.. then it does actually even say "Downloading" for a short moment - but my Logo, that I could send to the game from the Creator flawlessly, is not showing anywhere. How long does it take? I waited almost 60 minutes, it should be listed in my game by now, I would assume.
